  • 76ers' Andre Drummond: Double-doubles vs. Minnesota

Drummond posted 10 points (4-9 FG, 2-4 FT), 15 rebounds, an assist and two steals across 24 minutes in Friday's 121-111 preseason loss to the Timberwolves. Drummond got another start at center with Joel Embiid (rest) out, and the veteran big man continues to prove he's capable of producing regardless of whether he starts or plays off the bench. Drummond will be Embiid's primary backup once the regular season starts, but his ability to rack up stats in limited minutes might translate to him being rostered across several formats, particularly in points-based leagues.

  • 76ers' Andre Drummond: Solid output in starting role

Drummond notched 11 points (5-7 FG, 1-2 3Pt), seven rebounds, an assist, a steal and a block across 14 minutes in Monday's 139-84 preseason win over the NBL Breakers. Drummond is one of the best players in the league when it comes to racking up stats in limited minutes, so he should have fantasy upside even if he's slated to operate as Joel Embiid's backup. Drummond certainly made his presence felt in the preseason opener. He should continue to feature regularly as the 76ers manage Embiid's workload before the regular-season opener against the Bucks on Oct. 23.

  • 76ers' Andre Drummond: Starting for Embiid

Drummond is starting Monday's preseason game against the NBL Breakers, Adam Aaronson of PhillyVoice.com reports. Joel Embiid is being held out for rest purposes Monday, so it'll be Drummond who gets the call at center in the preseason opener. The 31-year-old is in line to open the 2024-25 campaign as Embiid's backup, but he could find himself in the starting lineup on occasion as the team aims to keep Embiid fresh.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Set for second stint in Philly

Drummond agreed Sunday with the 76ers on a two-year deal worth more than $10 million, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports. Drummond will embark on his second stint in Philadelphia, with whom he played 49 games during the 2021-22 season. The veteran center spent the last two seasons in Chicago and averaged 8.4 points and 9.0 rebounds in 17.1 minutes per game across 79 appearances in 2024-25. Drummond and Paul Reed will provide frontcourt depth and operate as the primary backup options behind starting center Joel Embiid.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Available Friday

Drummond (ankle) is available for Friday's Play-In Game against the Heat, Julia Poe of the Chicago Tribune reports. Drummond missed the final three games of the regular season with a left ankle sprain but returned to action for Wednesday's victory over Atlanta, putting up four points, four rebounds, three blocks and a steal in 11 minutes. In a win-or-go-home scenario, the Bulls may limit Drummond's playing time again, especially if Nikola Vucevic stays out of foul trouble.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Iffy for Friday

Drummond (ankle) is questionable for Friday's Play-In Game against Miami. Drummond returned to action for Wednesday's Play-In Game against Atlanta after missing the final three games of the regular season due to a sprained left ankle. He tallied four points (2-4 FG), four rebounds, three blocks and one steal in 11 minutes in the Bulls' 131-116 win. Though he's listed as questionable heading into Friday's contest, Drummond will most likely be available to serve as the Bulls' backup center in a win-or-go-home game for both teams.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Set to play against Atlanta

Drummond (ankle) is available for Wednesday's Play-In Tournament game versus the Hawks, Lauren L. Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. Drummond has been upgraded from questionable to available Wednesday after missing Chicago's previous three contests with a left ankle sprain. Drummond has averaged 9.3 points, 10.3 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 18.5 minutes across his previous 10 appearances.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Questionable for Wednesday

Drummond (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday's Play-In Game against the Hawks. Drummond still has a chance to play in the decisive matchup despite not practicing Tuesday and missing the final three games of the regular season due to a left ankle sprain. If available, he figures to play around 20 minutes off the bench behind Nikola Vucevic.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Unable to practice Tuesday

Drummond (ankle) did not practice Tuesday in advance of Wednesday's Play-In Game versus Atlanta, K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago reports. Drummond was forced to exit last Tuesday's contest in a wheelchair after rolling his ankle, and he's still experiencing too much swelling to practice. His status appears murky, at best, for Wednesday's game, although a depleted Atlanta frontcourt that is without Jalen Johnson (ankle) and Onyeka Okongwu (toe) lessens the blow of a potential absence.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Ruled out again

Drummond (ankle) will remain sidelined for Sunday's regular-season finale versus the Knicks. Drummond's absence will be his third straight to close out the regular season, as he is nursing a left ankle sprain. The veteran big man's availability for Chicago's Play-In Game is up in the air at this point.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Doubtful for Thursday

Drummond is doubtful for Thursday's game in Detroit with a left ankle sprain. Drummond suffered the ankle injury after playing just five minutes in Tuesday's 128-117 loss to the Knicks and was unable to return. With Drummond looking unlikely to be available Thursday, the Bulls could turn to rookie Adama Sanogo to enter the rotation as Nikola Vucevic's primary backup.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Injures ankle Tuesday

Drummond suffered a left ankle injury and won't return to Tuesday's game against the Knicks, Julia Poe of the Chicago Tribune reports. Drummond played just five minutes before leaving the game for good, finishing with four points (2-2 FG), two rebounds and one steal. For now, fantasy managers should consider him questionable for Thursday versus Detroit until the Bulls provide an update on his status.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Productive in limited minutes

Drummond finished with 14 points (7-9 FG), 10 rebounds and two steals in 25 minutes during Sunday's 113-98 loss to the Magic. Drummond continues to deliver energy and strong contributions in the rebounding column every time he steps on the field. However, efficient performances on offense, such as this one, are a plus. Drummond has been excellent in per-minute value, as evidenced by his averages of 9.8 points, 11.2 rebounds and 0.6 blocks across 19.4 minutes per game over his last 10 outings.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Massive game in limited minutes

Drummond amassed 13 points (5-8 FG, 3-6 FT) and 18 rebounds over 20 minutes during Monday's 113-101 loss to the Hawks. Nikola Vucevic logged 31 minutes but committed four fouls, which opened the door for Drummond's uptick in play. As often the case with Drummond, he didn't disappoint and produced a loaded stat line despite the limited on-court action. Drummond has averaged 13.8 points and 15.6 rebounds per game in the 16 appearances he's logged 20 or more minutes this season.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Double-doubles off bench

Drummond closed Wednesday's 125-99 victory over the Pacers with 14 points (5-8 FG, 4-5 FT), 11 rebounds, three assists and three steals in 17 minutes. Drummond has now recorded back-to-back doubles-doubles for the first time since late February. The veteran big man has also shot 73.5 percent on 3.4 free-throw attempts per contest across his last 10 appearances. Despite coming off the bench, Drummond is averaging 8.1 rebounds a game over his 14 outings in March.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Grabs first double-double in March

Drummond provided 10 points (5-9 FG), 12 rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 19 minutes off the bench during Monday's 107-105 loss to the Wizards. It's the first double-double in March for Drummond, as the previous one occurred during his last start for the Bulls on Feb. 28. The veteran center has topped 20 minutes in only two of 13 games on the month. That limited workload has put a firm cap on his production, as he's averaged just 7.5 points, 7.9 boards and 0.4 blocks. As long as Nikola Vucevic is healthy, Drummond will be tough to roster in most fantasy formats.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Not listed on injury report

Drummond (mouth) isn't listed on Chicago's injury report ahead of Thursday's game against the Rockets. Drummond took an elbow to the face during Monday's win over Portland and damaged a tooth. The big man had the issue corrected Wednesday morning, per K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago, and should be good to go Thursday. Drummond hasn't seen more than 20 minutes in nine straight games but has still been relatively productive during that stretch, averaging 6.9 points and 7.4 rebounds in 14.3 minutes.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Dealing with dental issue

Bulls head coach Billy Donovan said after Monday's 110-107 win over the Trail Blazers that Drummond wasn't able to return to the contest due to a tooth issue, Julia Poe of the Chicago Tribune reports. Donovan indicated that Drummond could need to have the tooth extracted, putting the big man's status for Thursday's game in Houston in flux for the moment. Given that Drummond checked out of the contest for good with 2:28 remaining in the fourth quarter, the tooth problem didn't end up costing him much playing time. He finished with nine points (2-10 FG, 5-5 FT) and 11 rebounds over 14 minutes, which has been a relatively standard workload in recent games while the Bulls have been deploying him as more of a pure backup to Nikola Vucevic rather than running more two-center lineups. Drummond's minutes have ranged between 10 and 17 in each of the Bulls' last nine games, with the 30-year-old averaging 6.9 points and 7.4 boards over that stretch.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Grabs 10 boards in loss

Drummond ended with nine points (4-11 FG, 1-1 FT), 10 rebounds, one block and one steal across 24 minutes during Friday's 113-97 loss to the Bucks. Depending on the opponent, Drummond will find himself playing with the first unit to increase the team's overall size, and while using him was a wise move against Cleveland's imposing frontcourt, the Bulls reverted to Alex Caruso on Friday to negative effect. The team has beaten the Cavaliers and the Timberwolves using the oversized set, so it will be interesting to see how Drummond will be used as they push for a playoff spot.

  • Bulls' Andre Drummond: Back to bench

Drummond will return to a reserve role in Friday's game versus the Bucks. Drummond will return to the bench in favor of Alex Caruso, as the Bulls will opt to go with a smaller starting unit. The veteran big man is coming off a season-high 26 rebounds in the Bulls' previous game, but he figures to see a lessened workload with Caruso back.
