Kemp signed a two-year, two-way contract extension with Edmonton on Tuesday.
Kemp produced six goals, 21 points and 51 PIM in 71 games with AHL Bakersfield during the 2022-23 season. The 24-year-old blueliner doesn't have any NHL experience yet.
