Angello (concussion) was put on waivers Friday, according to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.
Angello suffered a concussion two weeks ago and has not returned to practice. He spent last season in the Pittsburgh organization, playing four games with the Penguins while playing 44 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL, where he managed seven goals and 12 assists.
