Johnson is being evaluated for a head injury Sunday against the Dolphins.
Johnson was injured on a big hit just outside the end zone in the final seconds of the first half. The backup running back had one carry for five yards and caught his only target for nine yards prior to getting hurt. It remains to be seen whether he'll be able to return to the regular-season finale.
