The Rams DST was the No. 10 Fantasy option in standard leagues last year, and hopefully the unit will continue to produce at a high level this year. In 2015, the Rams had 13 interceptions, 41 sacks, 13 fumble recoveries, four DST touchdowns and allowed 330 points. But in moving to Los Angeles the Rams discarded some parts on defense with Chris Long, James Laurinaitis, Janoris Jenkins and Nick Fairley no longer on the team. Trumaine Johnson stayed with the franchise tag and of course the Rams have one of the best defensive players in the NFL in Aaron Donald. We'll see how this unit performs this season, but they should be considered a low-end No. 1 Fantasy option on Draft Day. They are only worth drafting with a late-round selection in most formats.
