Jets' Quincy Williams: Gets All-Pro nod for career year
Williams finished the 2023 season with 2.0 sacks among his 139 tackles (95 solo), as well as 10 passes defensed, including one interception.
Williams was named a first-team All-Pro by the Associated Press, as he was among the league's top performers at linebacker. After exceeding 100 tackles in each of the previous two seasons, Williams set a career high in that category, and his 10 passes defensed were three more than Williams had in 49 NFL appearances entering 2023. Williams will be back with the Jets in 2024, having signed a three-year contract prior to the 2023 campaign.

Jets' Quincy Williams: Raises season total to 131 tackles
Williams recorded seven tackles (five solo) and forced a fumble in Thursday's 37-20 loss to the Browns.
Williams notched his second forced fumble of the season while pushing his tackle total up to 131 (91 solo). The 27-year-old linebacker's strong 2023 season has also included 10 passes defensed and an interception, as Williams has grown into a three-down role after working exclusively as an early-down run stopper in previous seasons.

Williams racked up eight tackles (seven solo), two passes defensed and one interception during Sunday's 30-28 win over the Commanders.
Williams has still only notched a sack in one of 15 appearances this season, though he did tally two on that occasion. He's already notched a career-high 87 tackles (37 solo) in 2023, though, so he remains a high-end IDP fantasy play heading into a Week 17 road matchup at Cleveland.

Williams (knee) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game versus the Falcons, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Despite being limited at practice Thursday, Williams will be available for the Jets in Week 13. He figures to be a great IDP play come Sunday, as Atlanta has run the ball on 49 percent of its offensive snaps so far this season, more often than all but two other teams.

Williams played almost every one of the Jets' defensive snaps in Monday's loss to the Chargers, but he appears to have come away with a knee issue.
