The Cardinals placed Stills (knee) on injured reserve Friday.
This is merely a procedural move after Stills was already ruled out for the Week 18 season finale. It opens up another roster spot for Arizona to get someone else some playing time. In 15 games of action this season, Stills recorded 47 tackles (18 solo) and one fumble recovery as a sixth-round rookie lineman.

Stills (knee) won't play in Sunday's season finale against the Seahawks, Bo Brack of PHNX Sports reports.
Stills' rookie season will come to a close one week early. The 2023 sixth-round draft pick out of West Virginia suited up in 15 games for the Cardinals, notching 3.5 sacks among his 47 tackles (18 solo).

Cardinals' Dante Stills: Sack leader in spot start

Stills had five tackles (three solo) including 1.5 sacks in Sunday's 31-24 loss to the Ravens.
Stills got the start at edge rusher with Kevin Strong (shoulder) ruled out for Sunday's contest. His 1.5 sacks led the team as he got to Lamar Jackson in the first quarter and in combination with Victor Dimukeje in the third frame. Stills' 30 defensive snaps were the most since Week 5 and he'll continue to see more work on the defensive line for as long as Strong remains out.
