  • Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Paces Tennessee pass catchers

Ayomanor recorded three receptions on six targets for 46 yards in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Chargers.

Ayomanor turned in a modest stat line, though he led the team in targets and yards. He nearly broke free for a touchdown on a 29-yard catch over the middle of the field to begin the third quarter, but it was still the second-longest catch of his rookie season. Ayomanor has topped 45 yards in each of his last two games after achieving that mark just once in his first seven contests.

  • Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Best showing since Week 2

Ayomanor recorded four catches (on eight targets) for 52 yards in Sunday's 38-14 loss to the Colts.

Ayomanor had a mixed showing, as he connected with Cam Ward for long gains of 26 and 14 yards to turn in his highest yardage total since Week 2. However, he also had an apparent miscommunication with Ward on a potential deep catch early in the second quarter, one play after being called for offensive pass interference. Ayomanor has been overshadowed by fellow rookie Chimere Dike in recent weeks, but he earned a career-high eight targets in Sunday's loss and should retain a key role in Tennessee's offense for the rest of the season.

  • Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Struggles against Patriots

Ayomanor recorded two receptions (on five targets) for 29 yards in Sunday's 31-13 loss to the Patriots.

Ayomanor had a chance to step up in the absence of Calvin Ridley (hamstring), but it was Chimere Dike who instead had a relatively big performance. Ayomanor managed to tie for second on the team in targets, but he had a very quiet day after recording a 20-yard catch on the Titans' opening possession. He now has fewer than 30 receiving yards in three straight games.
