Browns' Myles Garrett: Not practicing Wednesday
Garrett (shoulder) will not participate at practice Wednesday, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Coach Kevin Stefanski said Garrett was day-to-day early in the week, per Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer, but he's not active for the Browns' first practice of the new week. If he can't get back on the practice field Thursday or Friday, he probably won't suit up in Week 13 at the Rams.

Browns' Myles Garrett: Labeled as day-to-day

Browns' Myles Garrett: Set for scans on injured shoulder
Garrett said after Sunday's 29-12 loss to Denver that he felt something pop in his left shoulder during the game, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Garrett's arm was in a sling after the game, and he intends to get scans to determine the severity of the injury, per Jake Trotter of ESPN.com.
Garrett tried to play through the injury after getting hurt against the Broncos, but he was struggling to move the arm and finished the game with just two solo tackles (one tackle for loss) and one pass defensed. Considering Garrett has 13.0 sacks through 11 games and is among the leading candidates to win Defensive Player of the Year, it would be a major blow to Cleveland's defense if he's forced to miss any additional time as a result of this injury. The Browns face the Rams in Week 13.

Garrett recorded two sacks in Sunday's Week 11 win over the Steelers.
Garrett heads into Thanksgiving with a league-high 13.0 sacks and looks like the frontrunner for Defensive Player of the Year honors. He's three sacks off his career-high of 16.0, set last season. Garrett has also recorded 30 tackles (22 solo), 11 TFLs, 23 QB hits, four forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and two pass breakups.

Garrett's dominant season continues, and the 2017 first-round pick now has logged at least one sack in all but two games this season. Garrett is currently tied for the most sacks in the league with 11.0 and is on pace to surpass his career high of 16.
