The Vikings injury report has a lot of names on it, but most are in the “probable” category. RB Adrian Peterson (ankle), LG Charlie Johnson (low back), S Andrew Sendejo (ankle), CB Antoine Winfield (knee), QB Christian Ponder (knee) and WR Percy Harvin (hamstring) are all listed as probable.

Coach Leslie Frazier said that Peterson was much better Friday.

Harvin was limited in practice with his hamstring, according to Frazier. During the practice time open to the media (individuals and special teams drills), Harvin was on the sidelines without his helmet. But Harvin was also listed on the injury report as a full participant at practice, so his status is a little confusing.

“He was much better today,” Frazier said. “We limited him some. We just want to make sure he's ready for the game.”

WR Jerome Simpson, who's listed as questionable for the game with a back injury that caused weakness in his leg, also was limited in practice during individuals. Frazier says they will know more on his status in the days ahead.

“Jerome was better today,” Frazier said. “We’ll determine over the weekend what’s going to happen, how much he’ll play and if he’ll play at all. But he’s much better, so that was encouraging.”

LB Marvin Mitchell’s calf was still bothering him, so he was held out of practice. He's listed as doubtful for the game.

S Mistral Raymond (ankle) is listed as out for the game. He is dealing with a bone bruise in his ankle, but he was seen running at practice for the first time since the injury.

“He’s getting closer,” said Frazier of Raymond. “This is the first day having a chance to do some running so that was encouraging. He’s a few weeks away, but at least we’ve got a start now. He’s starting to run, so that was a good sign.”
