The Eagles have to play against the NFC North, arguably the best division in the league, next year and they also get to match wits with Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos.

Plus there could be a surprise visitor to Lincoln Financial Field next season -- former Eagles coach Andy Reid is a prime candidate to fill openings in Arizona and San Diego and both of those teams play in Philadelphia in 2013. Prime time, anybody?

The Eagles’ 2013 opponents finished 2012 with a combined record (counting NFC East teams twice) of 127-129, a winning percentage of .496. And they have just five games against teams that made the playoffs this season -- Green Bay, Minnesota, Denver and Washington twice.

Eagles 2013 schedule

Home: Chicago, Detroit, Kansas City, San Diego, Arizona, Dallas, New York Giants, Washington.

Away: Green Bay, Minnesota, Denver, Oakland, Tampa Bay, Dallas, New York Giants, Washington.
