Dick produced 24 points (9-20 FG, 6-14 3Pt) and four rebounds across 34 minutes during Wednesday's 106-102 loss to the Nets. Dick's season-high six threes helped him produce his highest scoring output of 2023-24 during Wednesday's loss. Coming out of Kansas, Dick was considered one of the best outside shooting prospects in the 2023 NBA Draft. While his rookie year started off slow, he is shooting 39.6 percent on 4.8 three-point attempts per contest in his 39 appearances since the beginning of 2024.... See More ... See Less

Raptors' Gradey Dick: Ruled out against Indiana
Dick (groin) won't play in Tuesday's game versus the Pacers and is considered day-to-day moving forward, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. Dick will miss his first game since Jan. 18 on Tuesday due to a right groin contusion. Bruce Brown, Garrett Temple and Jalen McDaniels are candidates to receive increased playing time in his absence. Dick's next chance to suit up is Wednesday's matchup with the Nets.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Iffy for Tuesday
Dick (groin) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Pacers, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. Dick scored 13 points (5-9 FG, 3-5 3Pt) in 24 minutes before leaving Sunday's win over Washington due to a right groin contusion. He'll have a chance to suit up Tuesday, and if cleared, he could move back into the starting lineup, as Immanuel Quickley (rest) has been ruled out.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Drains four threes vs. OKC
Dick racked up 21 points (8-15 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 1-3 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one steal across 33 minutes during Friday's 123-103 loss to the Thunder. Dick's four threes Friday is the sixth time he's hit that mark this season, and his 21 points were his most since Feb. 5 against the Pelicans. Dick has started in each of his last seven games and has averaged 11.1 points on 38.5 percent shooting, 2.9 rebounds and 2.3 assists over 31.7 minutes per game in that span.... See More ... Raptors' Gradey Dick: Moves into starting unit
Dick moved into the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Trail Blazers after RJ Barrett (illness) was announced as a late scratch. Dick will make just the second start of his NBA career. In the previous one, he finished with 11 points, two assists and a steal while going 1-for-6 from three-point range. The rookie out of Kansas has been playing well of late, though, scoring in double digits in five of his last seven appearances off the bench while hitting 42.1 percent of his threes in that span.... Raptors' Gradey Dick: Pops for 18 off bench
Dick ended Friday's 123-121 win over Atlanta with 18 points (8-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt), two rebounds and one assist in 22 minutes off the bench. Jordan Nwora got the start Friday with RJ Barrett (knee) sidelined, but it was Dick who benefitted most from the absence. The rookie guard led the Toronto bench in scoring on a night when eight different Raptors scored in double digits. Dick is beginning to get his shot off consistently in the NBA, making at least one three-pointer in eight straight games and averaging 12.3 points and 2.4 threes in 21.1 minutes a contest while shooting 56.7 percent from the floor and 50.0 percent (19-for-38) from long distance. As yet, however, the 20-year-old offers little else as a fantasy asset.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Gets buckets Monday
Dick produced 18 points (7-10 FG, 4-5 3Pt) and two rebounds over 22 minutes during Monday's 122-99 loss to San Antonio. Dick posted a team-high 18 points, although it was a dismal affair for Toronto's offense Monday. The rookie lost a few battles to Victor Wembanyama at the rim, but he matched his season high with four made triples and has now knocked down multiple threes in five straight games.... See More ... Raptors' Gradey Dick: Returns to NBA
Toronto recalled Dick from the Raptors 905 of the G League on Wednesday, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. Dick has been recalled to Toronto ahead of the NBA club's game against the Clippers on Friday. The rookie forward should continue to compete for bench minutes.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Good to go Wednesday
Dick (thumb) is available for Wednesday's game versus the Heat. Dick has been upgraded from questionable to available Wednesday after missing Toronto's previous game with a right thumb sprain. With Pascal Siakam (trade pending) out, the rookie forward could receive increased playing time.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Questionable against Miami
Dick (thumb) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game versus the Heat. Dick is in danger of missing his second straight contest due to a right thumb sprain. However, the rookie forward has received inconsistent playing time this season, even when available.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Out Monday
Dick (thumb) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Celtics. Dick played 12 minutes Friday versus Utah, marking his first NBA appearance since Dec. 27. His absence shouldn't impact Toronto's rotation.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Uncertain to play Monday
Dick is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Celtics with a right thumb sprain. Dick is nursing the injury after he played 12 minutes -- his most since Nov. 21 -- in the Raptors' 145-113 loss to the Jazz on Friday. The rookie first-round pick hasn't typically been included in the rotation even when healthy, so any potential absence Monday due to the injury would likely go largely unnoticed.... See More ... Raptors' Gradey Dick: Not on injury report
Dick (forearm) is not on the injury report ahead of Friday's game against Utah. Dick hasn't been able to crack the rotation for Toronto in recent weeks, and he's yet to play in January.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Recalled to NBA
The Raptors recalled Dick (forearm) from the Raptors 905 of the G League on Thursday, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. Dick missed Wednesday's game with the Raptors 905 due to a forearm contusion but will spend time with Toronto's NBA club. Even if the rookie guard is cleared to play, he is unlikely to receive significant minutes.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Recalled by parent club
Toronto recalled Dick from the G League's Raptors 905 on Monday, Doug Smith of the Toronto Star reports. Dick spent nearly a week in the G League, where he's averaged 16.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 36.0 minutes per game over six appearances this year. He'll be available for Monday's game against the Knicks after being recalled by the parent club, but it's unclear if he'll see any playing time.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Dealing with illness
Dick was recalled to the NBA club from the G League's Raptors 905, but he won't play in Friday's game versus the Knicks due to an illness, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. Dick wasn't seeing consistent playing time at the NBA level, so he's been playing in the G League recently. He scored 21 points (7-14 FG, 4-7 3Pt) during the Raptors 905 125-114 win over Maine on Friday but is now under the weather. Even when he clears the aliment, the rookie isn't expected to garner a rotational role for Toronto.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Remains in G League
Dick will remain on assignment with the G League's Raptors 905 and won't be available for Toronto's matchup versus Brooklyn on Tuesday, Eric Koreen of The Athletic reports. Dick played double-digit minutes in 11 of his first 14 NBA appearances, but he was shooting just 27.0 percent from the field, so Toronto sent him to the G League to gain some confidence. His stint with Raptors 905 should be brief, but Dick isn't guaranteed playing time when he's eventually recalled.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Reaches double figures in start
Dick accumulated 11 points (2-10 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 6-6 FT), two assists and one steal over 26 minutes during Wednesday's 128-112 loss to the Bucks. Dick replaced Otto Porter in the starting lineup, reaching double figures in scoring despite continuing his shooting struggles. Dick tallied his second game of 10 or more points this season, posting his highest scoring total since notching a season-high 16 points Oct. 28 against Chicago. Through 11 games, Dick has shot just 29.4 percent from the field and 25.0 percent from three.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Gets extended playing time in loss
Dick finished with 16 points (5-8 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds and one assist over 28 minutes during Saturday's 114-107 loss to the 76ers. After playing a combined eight minutes over the first two games, Dick was on the floor for 28 minutes and had an efficient scoring night. He led the bench in both minutes and points and was one of only three Raptors players to finish with a positive point differential. It's worth noting that Toronto was playing the second of a back-to-back, which likely contributed to the extended minutes, but Dick's efficient night may have earned him more minutes moving forward.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Gradey Dick: Good to go Saturday
Dick (undisclosed) is available for Saturday's Summer League game against the Warriors, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. Dick missed the Raptor's previous outing against Brooklyn but will suit up Saturday. The No. 13 pick in the NBA Draft should be one of the Raptors' starters versus Golden State.... See More ...
