Sanchez signed a minor-league contract with Atlanta on Saturday, Francys Romero of MLB.com reports. Sanchez was once a prospect of some regard for the White Sox; however, he's struggled to find success since reaching Triple-A in 2022. The 26-year-old infielder slashed .271/.321/.333 with 40 RBI across 445 plate appearances with Chicago's Triple-A affiliate last season, and he'll presumably return to Triple-A to begin the 2024 campaign.... White Sox's Yolbert Sanchez: Promoted to Triple-A
Sanchez was promoted to Triple-A Charlotte on Tuesday, LaMond Pope of the Chicago Tribune reports. Sanchez started the season red-hot with Double-A Birmingham, slashing .353/.507/.373 with a 1.86 BB/K. He will now be one step closer to the big leagues as he joins Triple-A Charlotte.
