Phil Miller@MillerStrib5D agoIn their last 26 plate appearances with bases loaded since June 8, Twins are 1-for-21 (.048) with 2 walks, 2 sac flies and 1 HBP. For the season, Twins are 11-for-61 with bases loaded (.180), worst in the majors. Buxton 4-7 w/ 11 RBIs, but Correa 0-10, Jeffers 0-6. -

Phil Miller@MillerStrib11D agoWhew, it’s worse than I thought. According to @Stathead, Ober’s 14 HRs allowed in June are tied for 2nd-most in a calendar month in MLB history. He’s 6th ever to allow 14. Only pitcher ever to give up more: Pedro Ramos of Senators — the Twins’ forefathers — with 17 in June 1957.
