Orioles' J.D. Mundy: Healthy for fall instructionals
Mundy (thumb) reported to Sarasota, Fla. on Monday to participate in the Orioles' fall instructional league camp, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
Mundy split time between Low-A Delmarva and High-A Aberdeen in his inaugural professional season in 2021 before being shut down in mid-August with a fractured right thumb. The 23-year-old looks to be healthy two months after suffering the injury and shouldn't face any major restrictions in fall camp.
