The SEC is once again well represented as the conference placed nine members in the Lombardi Award top 25 quarterfinalists.

The Lombardi Award is awarded to the top lineman or linebacker in the nation. Last year's Rotary Lombardi Award winner, linebacker Luke Kuechly of Boston College, was taken by the Carolina Panthers with the ninth pick of the NFL draft.

The list will be cut to seven players during the last week of October.
