Parayko scored a goal in Wednesday's 6-5 road victory against the Coyotes. Parayko ended up with a minus-1 rating, but he was able to notch a game-high six shots on goal with three blocked shots and a hit while also notching a game-high 26:04 of ice time. It was just the third goal of the season for Parayko, and he has totaled just five points across 18 games. He'll look to try and carry over the momentum into Friday's game against the visiting Predators.... See More ... See Less

Blues' Colton Parayko: Finds twine in win
Parayko scored a goal on four shots, went plus-2, added three hits and blocked three shots in Tuesday's 5-0 win over the Lightning. Parayko opened the scoring at 11:09 of the first period. While he hasn't done much on offense this season, the 30-year-old defenseman has a point in each of the last two games. He's up to four points, 23 shots on net, 36 blocked shots, 19 hits and a plus-1 rating through 14 contests overall in a top-pairing role.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Colton Parayko: Notches assist Saturday
Parayko produced a shorthanded assist, three blocked shots, two hits, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 8-2 win over the Avalanche. Parayko helped out on the first of Pavel Buchnevich's three goals, which came during a penalty kill midway through the second period. While he has just two assists over six games in November, Parayko remains a top-four option on the Blues' blue line. The defenseman has three points, 19 shots on net, 16 hits, 33 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating over 13 appearances.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Colton Parayko: Grabs helper in win
Parayko produced an assist, two shots on goal and three hits in Friday's 4-1 win over the Devils. Parayko set up a Kevin Hayes empty-net tally at 18:23 of the third period. Through nine contests, Parayko has remained in his usual top-four role. He's providing solid defensive production with 11 hits and 25 blocked shots with a minus-1 rating, but he's added just two points and 14 shots on net. The 30-year-old has maxed out at 35 points in three separate seasons, and with the Blues' offense relatively quiet early in 2023-24, it's unlikely he pushes for a career year.... See More ... Blues' Colton Parayko: Nets game-winning goal
Parayko supplied a goal in a 4-2 win over Pittsburgh on Saturday. Parayko snapped his season-opening, three-game point drought with a goal midway through the second period. He put the Blues up 3-1 at the time, and it stood up as the game-winner. He had four goals and 27 points in 79 contests last season, and is likely to provide a similar level of offensive production in 2023-24.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Colton Parayko: Searching for first point
Parayko fired two shots on net and blocked two shots over 21:20 of ice time in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Coyotes. Parayko is pacing the Blues in ice time through three games, but he has yet to mark a point on the scoresheet. The 30-year-old has registered nine blocked shots, six shots on goal and three hits. He looks locked into the top pairing, but without power-play minutes, he's tough to depend on for fantasy purposes.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Colton Parayko: Contributes helper in win
Parayko recorded an assist in Friday's 5-2 win over the Capitals. Parayko is securely assigned as a top-pairing defenseman for the Blues, averaging 23 minutes of ice time through 65 games. He's produced four goals, 19 assists, 97 hits and 114 blocked shots to render him useful in some of the deeper fantasy leagues, but Parayko lacks power-play utility -- he has just two man-advantage points (both assists) this season -- and that leaves him a fair distance from the elite cast of blueliners.... Blues' Colton Parayko: Collects two points in win
Parayko scored a goal on two shots, dished an assist and went plus-4 in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Sharks. Parayko sparked the Blues' comeback by getting them on the board 2:35 into the second period. He also helped out on a Logan Brown go-ahead tally later in the frame. Parayko had picked up just two points over eight outings since his last multi-point effort. He's at four goals, 17 helpers, 107 shots on net, 106 blocked shots, 85 hits and a minus-16 rating through 58 contests overall.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Colton Parayko: Earns two assists Saturday
Parayko recorded two assists and two blocked shots in Saturday's 6-5 overtime win over the Coyotes. Parayko picked up just one assist over 10 games since his last multi-point effort. The 29-year-old made timely contributions Saturday with the secondary helper on the Blues' first and last tallies of the game. The blueliner has two goals, 15 assists, 92 shots on net, 79 blocked shots, 74 hits, 22 PIM and a minus-20 rating through 49 outings as a top-four option with a physical edge.... See More ... Blues' Colton Parayko: Grabs two helpers
Parayko picked up two assists in Sunday's 3-0 win over the Blues. Parayko assisted on Brandon Saad's power-play tally in the first period before setting up Brayden Schenn's empty-netter in the third. Parayko's offensive production is inconsistent (two goals and 12 assists through 38 games), but his 64 hits and 68 blocked shots increase his value in leagues that reward physicality.... See More ... Blues' Colton Parayko: Two helpers in shootout win
Parayko notched two assists, one short-handed, in Tuesday's 6-5 shootout win over the Maple Leafs. The veteran blueliner produced his first multi-point night in exactly a month, with the last coming Dec. 3 against the Penguins. Parayko is right on his usual modest scoring pace, collecting two goals and 12 points through 35 contests, but his minus-15 rating would be by far a career worst if he doesn't turn it around in the new year.... Blues' Colton Parayko: Lights lamp Tuesday
Parayko scored a goal on two shots, blocked five shots and went minus-2 in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Kraken. Parayko got the Blues on the board in the third period, but trying to come back from a four-goal deficit was too much. The 29-year-old defenseman has a goal and an assist in two contests since snapping a five-game point drought. He's up to two tallies, seven assists, 59 shots, 56 blocked shots, 52 hits and a minus-8 rating in 30 appearances while continuing to log big minutes in the Blues' top four.... See More ... Blues' Colton Parayko: Notches assist Monday
Parayko recorded an assist, five shots on goal and four PIM in Monday's 5-1 win over the Canucks. Parayko helped out on a Nathan Walker tally in the second period, which stood as the game-winning goal. The assist snapped Parayko's five-game point drought, though his physical play often makes up for when his offense is cold. The veteran defenseman has eight points, 57 shots on net, 51 hits, 51 blocked shots, 14 PIM and a minus-6 rating through 29 contests.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Colton Parayko: Nets game-winning marker
Parayko scored a goal and recorded a plus-2 rating during a 7-4 victory over the host Islanders on Tuesday. Converting for the first time in 23 games Tuesday, Parayko beat goalie Ilya Sorokin on what appeared to be a knuckleball wrist shot from about 90 feet, giving the Blues a 5-1 third-period lead. The 29-year-old defenseman scored 13 seconds after Noel Acciari's tally and proved to be his first game-winning marker this season. Parayko added two shots and two blocks against the Islanders.... Blues' Colton Parayko: Good to go Monday
Parayko (upper body) will be in Monday's lineup against Anaheim, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports. As expected, Parayko will suit up after missing the last three games. The 29-year-old is averaging 23:33 of ice time with just three assists and a minus-9 rating through 14 games this season.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Colton Parayko: Probable to return
Parayko (upper body) will be a game-time decision Monday, but coach Craig Berube is confident the defenseman will play, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports. Parayko has been sidelined for the past three games. He was on the Blues' extra defense pairing during the morning skate.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Colton Parayko: Won't play Saturday
Parayko (upper body) won't play Saturday against Anaheim, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports. Parayko will miss a third straight game despite being close to returning to the lineup. He is aiming to be back Monday versus the Ducks.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Colton Parayko: Won't play Thursday
Parayko (undisclosed) will miss Thursday's game against Washington, per Jeremy Rutherford of The Athletic. It will be the Blues' second straight game without Parayko. He has three assists in 14 games this season. When he's healthy, he's a huge part of St. Louis' defense, logging 23:33 of ice time. Tyler Tucker is likely to stay in the lineup as long as Parayko is unavailable.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Colton Parayko: Game-time decision Thursday
Parayko (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision Thursday against Washington. Parayko sat out Wednesday versus Chicago after being on the ice for the pregame warmups. He has only three assists in 14 games this season after tying a career high with 35 points in 2021-22.... See More ... See Less -
