  • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Finally warming up

Hartman scored the game-winning goal Saturday in a 3-1, home-ice victory over Chicago. Hartman won the puck from Chicago defender Connor Murphy near the middle of the ice and scored on a breakaway with 1:11 left in the third period. His scoring hasn't come close to last season's 65-point revelation, but he does have nine points (four goals, five assists) on 24 shots in his last nine games. Overall, Hartman has 13 goals and 19 assists in 51 games.

  • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Racks up three points in win

Hartman scored twice on five shots, added an assist and logged two PIM in Wednesday's 8-5 win over the Blues. Hartman has three goals, three assists, a plus-3 rating and 15 shots over his last four contests. His first goal came in the second period and prompted Jordan Binnington to go ballistic, earning the Blues' goalie a match penalty. Hartman is up to 12 tallies, 29 points, 119 shots on net, 80 PIM and a plus-5 rating through 46 appearances.

  • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Supplies two assists in win

Hartman logged two assists, three shots on goal and four PIM in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Sharks. The absence of Kirill Kaprizov (lower body) takes a little of the shine off of Hartman's status as the Wild's first-line center. That didn't end up mattering Saturday, as Hartman helped out on goals by Jared Spurgeon and Mats Zuccarello, the latter's tally coming on the power play. Hartman is up to 26 points through 44 contests this season, though he's logged only two of his 16 helpers on the power play. He's added 111 shots on net, 43 hits, 78 PIM and a plus-5 rating.

  • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Grabs helper Thursday

Hartman supplied an assist, two shots on goal, two hits and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 2-1 win over the Canucks. Hartman set up the second of Kirill Kaprizov's two goals. With three goals and four helpers over his last seven contests, Hartman has benefited from returning to a top-line role. The 28-year-old forward has 23 points through 40 outings overall, and he's added 98 shots on net, 39 hits, 28 blocked shots, 70 PIM and a plus-2 rating while playing all around the lineup throughout the season.

  • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Nets pair in win

Hartman scored two goals on five shots and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 2-1 win over the Kings. Hartman opened the scoring just 13 seconds into the second period and added another tally in the third. A move back to the top line after spending much of the year in a middle-six role has helped get the 28-year-old's offense going -- he has three goals and a helper over his last two contests. He's at nine goals, 20 points, 85 shots, 33 hits, 68 PIM and an even plus-minus rating through 35 games overall.

Hartman notched a goal in Minnesota's 3-2 shootout win over New Jersey on Saturday. Hartman found the back of the net at 5:25 of the third period to tie the game at 2-2. • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Hands out helper

Hartman produced an assist and two PIM in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Coyotes. Hartman reached the 10-assist mark with a secondary helper on Jonas Brodin's third-period tally. It's been 10 games since Hartman last scored a goal, and with just three helpers and a minus-7 rating in that span, fantasy managers can likely find better options on the waiver wire. He's at 15 points, 66 shots on net, 29 hits, 49 PIM and a minus-2 rating through 27 contests overall.

  • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Returning to lineup

Hartman will return to the lineup Saturday against Buffalo after sitting as a healthy scratch Thursday versus the Flyers, Sarah McLellan of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. After racking up 34 goals and 65 points through 82 games last season, Hartman has struggled with penalties and injuries this year -- he's been limited to 14 points while piling up 47 PIM through 25 contests this campaign. We'll see if Thursday's scratch will light a fire under Hartman, who will likely slot into a bottom-six role versus the Sabres.

  • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Won't play Thursday

Hartman will be benched for Thursday's matchup with the Flyers. Coach Dean Evason told reporters, "Ryan Hartman will not play tonight. He took another ill-advised penalty last game. He will sit tonight," Kevin Falness of the Wild's official site reports. Hartman has racked up 21 PIM in his last three games, so his benching certainly shouldn't come as a surprise. The 28-year-old winger is mired in an eight-game goal drought during which he recorded two assists, 23 shots and seven hits. Without Hartman in the lineup, Jordan Greenway or Marcu Foligno could be elevated to a second-line role.

Hartman provided an assist and blocked two shots in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Coyotes. Hartman snapped a three-game point drought when he set up a Frederick Gaudreau goal in the second period. Through 21 contests this season, Hartman has supplied 13 points, 48 shots on net, 22 hits, 11 blocked shots, 26 PIM and a plus-3 rating. The 28-year-old is still in a middle-six role, and he's got enough offense and grit to get a look from fantasy managers in deeper formats.

  • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Shows of sweet mitts in OT loss

Hartman had a goal and an assist in a 6-5 overtime loss to the Sabres on Saturday. His goal showed off his sweet mitts. Late in the second period, Hartman made a mid-air deflection of a cross-ice pass from Frederick Gaudreau at the side of the net. The winger is heating up with a three-game, five-point streak that includes three goals, and now sits with five goals and seven assists in 17 games this season.

  • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Registers assist Wednesday

Hartman recorded an assist in a 5-1 win against Tampa Bay on Wednesday. Hartman has four goals and 10 points in 16 contests this season. He's contributed at least a point in three of his last four games. Although Hartman's doing well right now, it's worth noting that the 28-year-old entered the game averaging 15:00 of ice time, which is down from 18:11 in 2021-22. He finished last season with 34 goals and 65 points in 82 contests.

  • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Deposits empty-netter

Hartman scored an empty-net goal on two shots, went plus-2 and blocked two shots in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Wild. The empty-netter was Hartman's first point in two games since he returned from a six-week absence with an upper-body injury. The 28-year-old has settled into a middle-six role after beginning the year with top-six minutes prior to his injury. He's at two goals, four helpers, 26 shots on net, 14 hits, 18 PIM and a plus-2 rating in 11 contests overall, but the reduced role hurts his fantasy stock.

  • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Starts skating

Hartman (upper body) has started skating again but will not go on the four-game road trip next week, according to Michael Russo of The Athletic. • Wild's Ryan Hartman: Goes on injured reserve

Hartman (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, per CapFriendly. Hartman was already ruled out for the next two games versus the Kraken and the Kings, so this is more of a procedural move to free up a roster spot. Hartman (upper body) has been ruled out for Minnesota's next two games, Sarah McLellan of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports Wednesday. The 28-year-old winger has just one goal in nine matches this season and is already behind the pace to match his 34-goal performance last year.
