Colts' Segun Olubi: Makes 26 tackles in 2023
Olubi notched 26 tackles (20 solo), one pass defensed, one interception and one fumble recovery across 15 regular-season games with the Colts in 2023.
Olubi missed two games due to a hip injury in 2023, and when healthy handled mostly a special-teams role for Indianapolis. He did start one game, Week 9 versus Carolina, and finished with six tackles (four solo), one pass breakup and one INT. Olubi is set to become an exclusive-rights free agent this offseason.

Colts' Segun Olubi: Set to miss second straight game
Olubi (hip) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Falcons, JJ Stankevitz of the Colts' official site reports.
Olubi will be out for the second straight week after sustaining a hip injury. Olubi has played primarily on special teams and has 15 tackles (10 solo), one interception and one fumble recovery over 13 games this season.

Olubi was limited Wednesday, so he took a step in the wrong direction with his absence from Thursday's practice. The San Diego State product primarily plays on special teams though, so if he doesn't play Saturday, it shouldn't have much of an impact on the Colts' defense.

Colts' Segun Olubi: Starts at middle linebacker
Olubi started at middle linebacker and had six total tackles, an interception and a pass defensed in Sunday's win at Carolina.
Olubi got the start with Zaire Franklin out with a knee injury. He played on all of the defense's 71 snaps, so he stayed on the field in all packages. He could get another start next week at New England if Franklin remains sidelined.
