Wayne was cut from the Packers' practice squad Tuesday.
Wayne signed a practice squad deal with Green Bay after failing to get a spot on the 53-man roster. However, the team appears to want to go in a different direction with their wide receiver depth and signed T.J. Luther to their practice squad in a corresponding move.

Wayne was waived by the Browns on Sunday.
Wayne opened the offseason with the Bills after going undrafted out of South Alabama. He found his way to Cleveland after Buffalo waived him near the end of July, but ultimately, he was not able to secure a roster spot to start the season. He'll now need to work to find a chance elsewhere, likely on a practice squad.

Wayne, the cousin of former NFL star Reggie Wayne, signed with the Bills as an undrafted free agent in late April, but he's been let go to make room for Andy Isabella. Wayne, out of South Alabama, posted 58 receptions for 815 yards and nine touchdowns during his final collegiate campaign.

The Bills are expected to sign Wayne as an undrafted free agent, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Wayne, the cousin of Reggie Wayne, posted career highs in receptions (58), receiving yards (815) and touchdowns (nine) during the 2022 campaign while playing for South Alabama. The 6-foot-2 wideout will have an uphill battle to land a regular-season roster spot in Buffalo's crowded wideout room.
