Cardinals' Marquis Hayes: Sidelined with knee issue
Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury said Hayes was held out with a 'minor' knee injury during Sunday's preseason game against Baltimore, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
Kingsbury did not elaborate on the exact nature of Hayes' injury, leaving his status for Arizona's preseason finale against Tennessee on Friday up in the air. The seventh-round pick will likely slot into a backup role at left guard during his 2022 rookie campaign.
