Seahawks' Julian Love: Stacks up 123 tackles
Love posted 123 tackles (85 solo), 10 pass breakups and four interceptions across 17 regular season games in 2023.
Love registered career highs in solo tackles, pass breakups and interceptions in his first season with the Seahawks. His snap counts dipped when Jamal Adams (knee) was healthy, but Adams finished the season on injured reserve. Love's ability to step up when Adams was injured makes him a strong candidate to stay with the team for the last year of his contract despite more than $5 million in cap savings if he was cut.

Seahawks' Julian Love: Season-high 14 tackles in loss
Love had 14 tackles (10 solo) and a forced fumble in Sunday's 30-23 loss to the Steelers.
Love's 14 tackles matches a career high he set in 2022 as a member of the Giants. It's the fourth time this season he's reached double-digit tackles and the third straight game he's played every single defensive snap. He's up to 116 total tackles on the year and is eight shy of matching the career high he set last season.

Seahawks' Julian Love: Traveling to Nashville
Love's wife gave birth to their child Saturday and he's now joining the Seahawks in Nashville ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
The 25-year-old safety's availability for Sunday's affair was in doubt, but after his wife gave birth Saturday, he's in line to play in Week 16. Love is coming off debatably the best game of his 2023 campaign, and over the course of the season, he's recorded 99 total tackles, nine pass deflections and four interceptions in nine appearances.

Seahawks' Julian Love: Not certain to play Sunday
Love isn't on the Seahawks' injury report heading into the weekend, but he and his wife are awaiting the birth of their child, casting uncertainty about whether the safety will be able to play in Sunday's Week 16 contest in Tennessee, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
Love's wife is reportedly due to give birth this week, but Seattle coach Pete Carroll indicated that, to his knowledge, that hasn't yet happened. As such, Love won't travel with the team for Sunday's road game, though Carroll said the safety will make his way to Nashville "when he can." It sounds like Love isn't guaranteed to take the field for the contest, but if he does suit up, he'd almost certainly start since Jamal Adams (knee) has been ruled out. If Love isn't able to participate Sunday, Coby Bryant could slide over from his reserve cornerback role to fill in, per Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle.

Seahawks' Julian Love: Causes two turnovers in loss
Love had seven tackles (five solo), one interception and one forced fumble in Sunday's 28-16 loss to the 49ers.
Love picked off Brock Purdy on the second play of the second quarter. His best play of the day came early in the fourth quarter, when he forced a fumble off Brandon Aiyuk on a 30-yard reception, which was recovered by Riq Woolen. Love is up to 90 tackles on the year -- third on the team -- and is close to hitting the century mark for the second straight season.

Love posted 10 tackles (six solo) in a loss to the 49ers on Thursday Night Football.
Love took advantage of his second straight start to finish with his third double-digit tackle effort of the campaign. The veteran safety has established a solid IDP floor over the past three weeks with 24 total tackles over that span. However, he may not be able to sustain that level of production with Seattle's secondary almost fully healthy at the moment.

Seahawks' Julian Love: Grabs first INT of 2023 in win
Love had three tackles (two solo) and an interception in Sunday's 24-20 win over the Browns.
His interception came late in the fourth quarter when the Browns elected to throw the ball on third down. Love picked off PJ Walker on a pass intended for Amari Cooper, which led to the Seahawks scoring the game-winning touchdown five plays later. Love opened the season as the starting strong safety next to Quandre Diggs but has slipped into a depth role in recent weeks with Jamal Adams back in the lineup. Still, Love played in 67 percent of the defensive snaps Sunday and will continue to have a meaningful role in the Seahawks' secondary.

Seahawks' Julian Love: Logs double-digit tackles
Love recorded 10 tackles (six solo) during the Seahawks' 24-3 win versus the Giants on Monday.
Love had a big game against his former team while filling in for Jamal Adams (concussion), who left the game early in the first quarter. Love, a 2019 fourth-round pick, has now logged double-digit tackles twice this year and is currently on pace to finish with a new career high.

Seahawks' Julian Love: Clear for Week 4
Love (hamstring) doesn't have a designation for Monday's road game against the Giants, Colin Gunther of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Prior to being listed as questionable for a Week 3 matchup with the Panthers, Love managed just one limited practice. He was able to suit up last Sunday and log an 85 percent snap share on his way to five tackles and two pass defenses. This week, he opened it with back-to-back capped sessions before getting back to all activity Saturday, allowing the Seahawks to clear him entirely. Love thus will be looking to add to the 27 tackles (21 solo) that he's accrued through three games to start the season, with teammates Jamal Adams (knee) and Quandre Diggs (hamstring) available Monday.
