Titans' Cody Barton: Headed to Tennessee
Barton is slated to sign with the Titans, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Barton's deal with Tennessee is reportedly worth $21 million over three years, with an annual salary of $7 million. The 28-year-old was incredibly productive for the Commanders and Broncos over the past two seasons, recording 227 total tackles, including 1.5 sacks, and six passes defended, with three interceptions, across 30 regular-season games (27 starts). He's expected to serve as one of the Titans' starting inside linebackers in 2025.

Broncos' Cody Barton: Impresses in Denver
Barton tallied 106 total tackles (53 solo), including 1.5 sacks, five passes defended, with two interceptions, and one forced fumble over 17 regular-season games in 2024.
The first-year Bronco was one of the most impactful players on defense this season, finishing as the team's second-leading tackler behind Brandon Jones. Barton also ended the year with the third-most interceptions and fifth-most passes defended on Denver's defense. However, his tackle output has declined in each of his last two seasons, dropping from 121 stops in 2023 to 106 in 2024. Barton is set to be an unrestricted free agent this summer following a successful stop in Denver. Expect the 28-year-old to be a sought-after name on the free-agent market for teams in need of inside linebacker help.

Broncos' Cody Barton: Seven tackles against Chargers
Barton finished this past Thursday's 34-27 loss to the Chargers with seven tackles (five solo).
Barton was the Broncos' second-leading tackler for Week 16 behind Brandon Jones (10). Barton didn't see much playing time in the first three games of the regular season, but he has played at least 60 defensive snaps in nine of 12 games since, which coincides with Alex Singleton's season-ending ACL tear. Barton is up to 97 combined tackles through 15 regular-season games, and he is on the brink of cracking the century mark for the third straight year. He'll look to do just that in the Broncos' Week 17 clash against the Bengals on Saturday.
