  • Patriots' Hunter Henry: Questionable for Week 18

Henry (foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Bills, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.

Henry was limited in practice during the entirety of Week 18 prep, thus leaving his status in flux heading into the weekend. With a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff on tap Sunday, his status will be confirmed about 90 minutes before that point. Having said that, even if he's available, Henry could cede some TE reps to Austin Hooper or perhaps even rookie seventh-round pick Jaheim Bell.

  • Patriots' Hunter Henry: Another limited practice

Henry (foot) remained limited at practice Thursday.

Henry also was limited Wednesday, so the tight end probably will need to work fully Friday in order to approach Sunday's game against the Bills without an injury designation. As for the 3-13 Patriots' approach heading into Week 18, head coach Jerod Mayo said Wednesday that he's planning on having all the team's healthy starters take the field this weekend, per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com.

  • Patriots' Hunter Henry: Limited by foot injury

Henry was a limited participant at practice Wednesday due to a foot injury.

Henry logged a season-low 30 snaps on offense in this past Saturday's 40-7 loss to the Chargers, so his limitations in practice Wednesday could stem from an issue that cropped up in that contest. The tight end's status is thus worth monitoring as Sunday's season finale against the Bills approaches. Though a loss to Buffalo would ensure that the 3-13 Patriots get the first pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, head coach Jerod Mayo said that he's planning on having all the team's healthy starters take the field, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN.com.

  • Patriots' Hunter Henry: Zero catches versus former team

Henry didn't record a catch (on two targets) in Saturday's 40-7 loss to the Chargers.

Henry, who logged a season-low 30 (out of a possible 53) snaps on offense Saturday, per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com, was blanked for the first time this year at an inopportune time for fantasy managers who'd grown accustomed to his steady production out of the tight-end position. Henry and the Patriots will close out their 2024 campaign this Sunday at home against a Buffalo team that is locked into the AFC's No. 2 playoff seed.

  • Patriots' Hunter Henry: Catches late TD

Henry recorded four receptions on nine targets for 39 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-21 loss to the Bills.

Henry led the team with nine targets, though he was outgained by both Austin Hooper and Kayshon Boutte. His most impactful plays came on a 12-yard gain toward the close of the first quarter and on a nine-yard touchdown catch with just over a minute remaining in the contest. It was his first trip to the end zone since Week 6 and only his second score of the campaign. Henry's production has fluctuated in recent weeks, though he has at least eight targets in our of his last five games.

  • Patriots' Hunter Henry: Gains 25 yards in loss

Henry brought in all four of his targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 30-17 loss to the Cardinals.

Henry finished first on the Patriots in receptions and second in targets Sunday, but he ranked fourth in receiving yards in a collective poor offensive showing by New England. The veteran tight end did set a new career high in receptions (64), and he is just 17 yards shy of his current best of 653 receiving yards set back in 2019. Henry's lack of touchdowns (one) holds him back from being a reliable option in fantasy ahead of next Sunday's tilt against Buffalo.

  • Patriots' Hunter Henry: Leading receiver in Sunday's loss

Henry caught seven of nine targets for 75 yards in Sunday's 25-24 loss to the Colts.

The veteran tight end once again led the Patriots in catches, targets and receiving yards, but Henry got denied a bigger performance when Austin Hooper caught Drake Maye's only TD of the day in the second quarter instead. Henry is on the verge of a career-best campaign, needing just three more catches and 43 more yards to set new personal bests in those categories. He'll aim for those marks on the other side of New England's Week 14 bye.
