Harvey-Clemons signed a contract with the Dolphins on Thursday.
Harvey-Clemons opted out of the 2020 campaign and was waived by Washington in mid-May. However, he'll now have a chance to compete for a depth role on the Dolphins' defense during the final few weeks of training camp. The 27-year-old appeared in nine games for Washington in 2019 and totaled three tackles (two solo).
