Dort logged two points (1-6 FG, 0-4 3Pt), two rebounds, two assists and two blocks over 27 minutes before fouling out of Wednesday's 116-102 victory over the Bulls. Dort fouled out of a game for the first time this year during Wednesday's win, and he was unable to generate much offensive production. He did rack up two blocks but has now been held to single-digit scoring totals in six of his last seven appearances, averaging 6.4 points and 3.6 rebounds in 26.1 minutes per game during that time.... Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Makes impact defensively
Dort posted nine points (3-10 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), six rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals across 33 minutes during Sunday's 111-99 victory over the Suns. Dort failed to make a three-pointer for the first time this season and scored in single digits for a second game in a row. However, as usual, he salvaged his production with another solid defensive showing. Dort is currently averaging career-high marks in steals (1.5) and blocks (1.1) per game.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Will play Wednesday
Dort (hip) will play Wednesday against the Cavaliers, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports. Dort will suit up despite dealing with a hip strain. The defensive-minded wing has been a hit-or-miss player to start the campaign, but over his last two contests, he's averaged 24.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.0 blocks in 31.0 minutes.... Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Officially questionable
Dort (hip) is questionable for Wednesday's game against Cleveland. Dort is dealing with a right hip sprain. He logged a full workload in Monday's win over Atlanta, scoring 19 points in 32 minutes of action.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Follows up big night with 19 points
Dort accumulated 19 points (6-10 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-5 FT), nine rebounds, three assists and two blocks over 32 minutes during Monday's 126-117 victory over the Hawks. Dort went off for 29 points against the Warriors on Friday, and he responded with another favorable line after a weekend of rest. He finished one rebound short of his first double-double of the season and is a great multi-category contributor due to his defensive ability.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Lights out in loss
Dort recorded 29 points (9-12 FG, 6-6 3Pt, 5-7 FT) and five rebounds over 30 minutes during Friday's 141-139 loss to the Warriors. Dort made his first nine shots before cooling off in the fourth quarter. The 24-year-old forward posted a season-high 29 points and brought his field-goal percentage on the season to 55.6. However, Dort will likely take a backseat on offense once Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (knee) returns.... See More ... See Less -

Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Team-high 39 minutes played in win
Dort tallied 25 points (9-13 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 4-6 FT), six rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block over 39 minutes in Friday's 108-105 win over the Cavaliers. Dort logged 39-plus minutes in a regular-season game for the ninth time in his career. His 25 points were second on the team behind Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and was a good bounceback scoring night after his eight-point performance Wednesday against the Bulls.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Paces team in rebounds
Dort supplied eight points (3-8 FG, 2-5 3Pt), seven rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals across 33 minutes during Wednesday's 124-104 win over Chicago. Dort's scoring production was limited by his shot volume Wednesday, but he hauled in a team-high seven boards in the comfortable victory. While Chet Holmgren should handle plenty of work for the Thunder after missing his entire rookie season, Dort should also have ample opportunities to contribute after averaging 13.7 points and 4.6 rebounds in 30.7 minutes per game last year.... Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Available to play Tuesday
Dort will be available for Tuesday's preseason game against the Bucks, Brandon Rahbar of the Daily Thunder reports. The Thunder will have their usual starting lineup for Tuesday's game after they all sat out Sunday's contest. Per Rylan Stiles of FanSided.com, the Thunder are looking to ramp up their key players ahead of the regular season, so it wouldn't be surprising to see Dort and others see ample minutes Tuesday, as well as Thursday against the Pistons.... Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Out Sunday
Dort (rest) won't play in Sunday's preseason game versus the Hornets. Dort has appeared in both of Oklahoma City's preseason contests thus far, but he will take a seat Sunday. It's a deserved rest after Dort racked up 38 points in 41 minutes across his two preseason games.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Scores team-high 24 points
Dort delivered 24 points (8-12 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 3-4 FT) and four rebounds across 24 minutes in Thursday's 128-125 preseason loss to the Pistons. Dort was fed early and often, and the crowd was energetic every time he made a bucket since the game was played in his hometown of Montreal. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Chet Holmgren are expected to be the driving forces on offense for the Thunder once the regular season starts, but don't rule Dort out from having a prominent role as well. He averaged 13.7 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.0 steals per game last season, and he has netted 13.0 or more points per game in each of his last three campaigns.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Drops 14 points
Dort accounted for 14 points (4-6 FG, 2-4 3PT, 4-4 FT) and two assists across 17 minutes in Monday's 122-121 preseason win over the Spurs. The Thunder were missing Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, leaving some extra shots for Dort to absorb. Dort usually struggles with shooting efficiency, so it was nice to see him come out of the gate in a rhythm. His defense pretty much guarantees him a large role with the Thunder this season.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Explodes for season-high 27 points
Dort finished with 27 points (8-14 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 7-8 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one block in 36 minutes during Wednesday's 123-118 Play-In Tournament win over the Pelicans. Dort made good on his skills as a streaky scorer and all-around contributor in the do-or-die win, converting four key three-pointers in pivotal moments. Dort averaged only 13.7 points per game this season, but if he can replicate this performance alongside solid results from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Josh Giddey, the Thunder will have an excellent chance to advance.... Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Set to play Wednesday
Dort (rest) isn't listed on the Thunder's injury report for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans. Dort took a seat for Sunday's regular-season finale due to rest purposes, but as expected, he'll be available for the Thunder's Play-In Tournament matchup versus New Orleans. Across 74 regular-season appearances (73 starts), the fourth-year wing averaged 13.7 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.0 steals in 30.7 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Out Sunday
Dort will not play in Sunday's regular-season finale against the Grizzlies for rest purposes, Brandon Rahbar of DailyThunder.com reports. Dort will be rested along with several other members of the Thunder as they prepare for Wednesday's play-in game. In his absence, Lindy Waters, Aaron Wiggins and Isaiah Joe are candidates to see increased run.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Cleared for action
Dort (shoulder) is available for Thursday's game versus Utah. Dort has been upgraded from questionable to available and will suit up for a 27th straight game. Over his past five appearances, the fourth-year wing has averaged 15.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 steals in 36.6 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Questionable for Thursday
Dort is questionable for Thursday's matchup against Utah due to a right shoulder strain. Dort is in danger of missing his first game since Feb. 7. If that's the case, there should be plenty of minutes available for Lindy Waters, Aaron Wiggins and Isaiah Joe.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Posts 20 points, three steals
Dort ended with 20 points (7-15 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 3-5 FT), six rebounds, one assist and three steals in 38 minutes during Wednesday's 107-106 win over the Pistons. It wasn't the best start for Dort on the offensive end as the forward shot just 37.5 percent from the floor in the first half, though he did add four rebounds and a game-high three steals. He found his stroke in the second half, knocking down four of seven field-goal attempts for another 11 points to notch his third 20-point game this month. Dort has also collected at least six rebounds in six straight.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Excels at charity stripe in win
Dort finished with 16 points (4-10 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 7-8 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and one steal over 33 minutes in Tuesday's 137-134 loss to the Hornets. Though the Thunder were without All-Star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (ankle) on Tuesday, Dort didn't take on any notable spike in usage. Instead, the trio of Josh Giddey, Jalen Williams and Isaiah Joe all cleared 25 percent usage and reached the 30-point mark, but Dort was still able to see enough volume to finish in double figures in the scoring column. The production at the charity stripe was a welcome sight from Dort, who had attempted just nine total free throws over his previous seven contests.... See More ... See Less
