Knicks' Donte DiVincenzo: Inks four-year deal with Knicks
DiVincenzo signed a four-year, $50 million contract with the Knicks on Saturday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
DiVincenzo has joined two former Villanova teammates, Josh Hart and Jalen Brunson, to bolster New York's wing depth ahead of the 2023-24 season. One of the best perimeter defenders in the league, DiVincenzo should be a reliable bench option for New York while also fitting quite well with Tom Thibodeau's scheme. DiVincenzo averaged 9.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.3 steals in 26.3 minutes across 72 appearances (36 starts) with the Warriors last season.

Warriors' Donte DiVincenzo: Declines player option for 2023-24
DiVincenzo has declined his $4.73 million player option for the 2023-24 season and will become an unrestricted free agent, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
In his first season with Golden State, the 26-year-old averaged 9.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.3 steals in 26.3 minutes across 72 appearances (36 starts). He shot a career-high 39.7 percent from deep during the 2022-23 campaign and has always been a solid defender, so DiVincenzo should be in store for a raise this summer.

Warriors' Donte DiVincenzo: Reduced role continues
DiVincenzo posted zero points (0-1 FG), two rebounds, two assists and one steal across 13 minutes during Wednesday's 121-106 victory over the Lakers in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
DiVincenzo managed just 13 minutes off the bench, a far cry from what he was doing only a month ago. The return of Gary Payton has certainly impacted DiVincenzo, cutting into what playing time there is to go around. While he is likely to remain in the rotation, Payton appears to be the preferred option right now, having been handed a starting role over the past two games.

Through 36 games as a reserve, DiVincenzo registered averages of 8.5 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.9 triples and 1.2 steals per contest on 45.4 percent shooting in 22.3 minutes per night.

Warriors' Donte DiVincenzo: Solid production off bench
DiVincenzo chipped in 16 points (6-10 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 0-2 FT), six rebounds, five assists and two steals over 32 minutes during Tuesday's 136-125 victory over Oklahoma City.
DiVincenzo moved to the bench Tuesday, as the Warriors completely realigned their starting five, but he still played starter-level minutes and provided strong all-around production. Since the start of February, DiVincenzo has started 22 of 30 appearances and averaged 10.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.3 steals in 28.1 minutes during that stretch.

Warriors' Donte DiVincenzo: Logs fourth double-double in loss
DiVincenzo finished Sunday's 112-110 loss to Denver with 18 points (8-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 13 rebounds, four assists and two steals across 32 minutes.
Although DiVincenzo serves as one of the team's best scoring options, he's a source of frustration for fantasy managers. His recent five-game run is a perfect example of his inconsistency, as he sprinkled in games with zero and two points among more respectable results. Solid shotmaking beyond the arc is key to his success, and he will face two teams that have trouble defending the three in the coming week. The Kings rank 26th and the Trail Blazers are 29th in opponent three-point percentage this season.
