Although Henry missed both three-point attempts, he was otherwise highly efficient, making nine of his other 12 attempts from the field. Myke Henry: Cut loose by OKC
Henry was waived by the Thunder on Thursday, Erik Horne of The Oklahoman reports.
Henry was brought in by the Thunder as training camp got underway but was never viewed as a legitimate threat to make the final roster. Henry spent last season playing overseas in Israel, and will likely have to take that route or take a shot at the G League this season.... See More ... See Less

Henry signed a contract with the Thunder on Monday, Maddie Lee of The Oklahoman reports.
The particulars of Henry's deal aren't known, but he'll likely just be a camp body for the Thunder before potentially joining the organization's G League affiliate, the Oklahoma City Blue, before the regular season begins. The 26-year-old's only prior NBA action came in the 2017-18 campaign, when he made 20 appearances for the Grizzlies.... See More ... See Less

The former DePaul guard's best game was on Jan. 22 where he dropped 12 points and added four steals against the 76ers. Henry saw the floor for the first time since March 7, as he received a DNP-Coach's Decision designation during each of the last 13 tilts. As such, he's not a guy who should be relied on in most leagues.... See More ... See Less
Grizzlies' Myke Henry: Scores five points in Wednesday's loss
Henry had five points (2-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds, and one steal in 19 minutes during Wednesday's 119-110 loss to the Bulls.
After reaching double figures in scoring during two of his first seven appearances, the 25-year-old rookie has failed to do so once in the last eight tilts. With the Grizzlies focused on developing young players and turning over every rock in search of gems during this lost season, Henry will likely continue to see decent minutes going forward. Even still, he's more of a hustle player than someone to rely on for fantasy purposes.... See More ... See Less
Grizzlies' Myke Henry: Contributes eight points off bench Sunday
Henry delivered eight points (3-6 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two assists and one steal across 15 minutes in Sunday's 110-92 loss to the Thunder.
Henry had logged DNP-CDs in the three prior contests, so Sunday's surge was a pleasant surprise. The 25-year-old has now scored between six and 12 points in four of the seven games he's seen action in since being recalled from the G-League, and he's shown some aggressiveness in his typically modest amount of time on the floor. Given Ben McLemore's current shooting struggles and the likelihood that the Grizzlies try to focus on developing young talent for the balance of the season, Henry could potentially carve out a few extra minutes for himself in coming games.... Grizzlies' Myke Henry: Scores three points in Monday's win
Henry had three points (1-3 FG, 1-2 3Pt) and one assist in 13 minutes during Monday's 120-109 win over the Suns.
Henry has combined to score eight points (on two-of-16 from the field) over the last three games. Through five appearances, the 25-year-rookie has already gone scoreless twice. However, he continues to provide plenty of energy off the bench, as he has recorded two blocks on two separate occasions -- and swiped two and four steals respectively against the Spurs and 76ers last week as well. Henry is a hustler, but he's not yet trustworthy enough for most fantasy settings.... See More ... See Less
