  • Kraken's Tomas Tatar: Adds assist Tuesday

Tatar produced an assist, two blocked shots and two PIM in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Golden Knights. Tatar helped out on a Matty Beniers goal in the third period. With a goal and an assist over his last three games, Tatar may be getting his offense back on track. He's benefited from getting back on the top line after a stint in the bottom six over much of February. The winger has 22 points, 61 shots on net, 37 hits and a plus-11 rating through 60 appearances between the Kraken and the Avalanche this season.

Tatar scored a goal on two shots in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Jets. Tatar provided a quick equalizer in the third period, scoring just 25 seconds after Nino Niederreiter gave the Jets a 3-2 lead. The goal was Tatar's first point in 11 games, though he spent much of that stretch on the Kraken's fourth line. The winger has 21 points, 61 shots on net, 35 hits, 16 PIM and a plus-11 rating through 58 contests between the Kraken and the Avalanche this season, though he could be a candidate to be traded again before Friday's deadline.

The winger is up to seven goals, 20 points, 51 shots on net and a plus-12 rating through 47 appearances between the Kraken and the Avalanche this season.

Tatar logged an assist in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Blue Jackets. Tatar was able to participate in a quick transition play, feeding the puck to Jordan Eberle, who set up Jared McCann's tally at 16:04 of the first period. Over the last four games, Tatar has four points, finding success while maintaining a top-line role at even strength. The winger has produced 10 points over 18 games with the Kraken after he was limited to nine points in 27 contests with the Avalanche before a December 15 trade.

The 33-year-old winger now has nine points (five goals, four assists) through 16 games with Seattle, matching his total in 27 games with the Avalanche earlier this year.

The 33-year-old winger is at 16 points, 46 shots on net, 22 hits and a plus-7 rating through 42 contests between the Avalanche and the Kraken this season. He'll likely continue to occupy a top-six role at least until Seattle gets Yanni Gourde (suspension) and Matty Beniers (upper body) back in the fold.

Tatar managed an assist in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Blue Jackets. Tatar has slowed down with just two points over his last seven contests after beginning his Kraken tenure with four points across four games. The winger helped out on a Jordan Eberle tally in the first period. Tatar has seen top-line usage, but he could get shuffled around if Matty Beniers (upper body) misses time. For the season, Tatar has 15 points, 37 shots on net, 20 hits and a plus-6 rating through 38 contests between the Kraken and the Avalanche.

  • Kraken's Tomas Tatar: Finds twine Thursday

Tatar scored the game-winning goal in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Senators. Tatar snapped a three-game slump, converting on a pass from Jordan Eberle in the second period. Through eight games with the Kraken, Tatar has three goals and two assists, which is over half the production he posted in 27 outings with the Avalanche to begin the season (nine points). The winger has added 33 shots on net, 19 hits and a plus-4 rating, but it's clear he's fit in much better on Seattle's top line while playing in an offense that's more balanced than Colorado's.

  • Kraken's Tomas Tatar: Pair of points in win

Tatar scored a goal, dished an assist, went plus-2, added three hits and blocked three shots in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Ducks. Tatar has four points over four contests with the Kraken. He and Vince Dunn assisted on each other's goals in this contest. Considering he had just nine points across 27 outings with the Avalanche, it's safe to say Tatar has benefited from his change of scenery. The winger has added 26 shots on net, 18 hits and a plus-3 rating through 31 appearances this season. He'll likely remain on the top line for the Kraken, while Jared McCann figures to slot onto the second line.

  • Avalanche's Tomas Tatar: Finally tickles twine

Tatar scored a goal on two shots in Monday's 6-5 win over the Flames. Lost in the Avalanche's third-period comeback was the fact that Tatar got them on the board with a goal from in close late in the first period. The 33-year-old is barely clinging onto a spot in the lineup most of the time -- he saw just 9:58 of ice time despite being listed on the second line Monday. He's produced nine points, 19 shots on net, 14 hits, 10 blocked shots, 10 PIM and a minus-1 rating through 26 appearances. Tatar's poor play so far has him off the radar for most fantasy managers.

  • Avalanche's Tomas Tatar: Could lose role

Tatar appeared to be headed for a healthy scratch Tuesday against Anaheim, per Evan Rawal of Colorado Hockey Now, but he ended up being active because Valeri Nichushkin (illness) was unable to play. Tatar stayed on ice after Tuesday's morning skate, which is typically an indication that a player will not be active for a game. He ended up not being scratched and had one shot over 11:13 of ice time as a fourth-line forward. Colorado called up 2021 first-round draft pick Oskar Olausson for Tuesday's game, and he could be a permanent replacement for Tatar if the Avalanche decide to cut the cord on the 32-year-old veteran. Tatar has yet to score on 14 shots and has eight assists through 23 games.

The winger has eight assists through 19 contests while he remains in pursuit of his first goal this season. He has not exceeded 12 minutes of ice time since Nov. 15 versus the Ducks, so he's playing a limited role despite being listed on the second line.

Tatar recorded two assists and three shots on goal in Monday's 5-1 win over the Kraken. Tatar had a puck bounce off him to Ross Colton for the Avalanche's second tally, a power-play goal. His second assist of the game was much more deliberate, as Tatar set up Cale Makar early in the third period. This effort ended a six-game point drought for Tatar, who was also scratched once in that span. He's up to six helpers, eight shots on net, nine hits, six blocked shots, eight PIM and a minus-3 rating through 13 outings. The 32-year-old could get a chance to fill a top-six role at even strength with Artturi Lehkonen (upper body) out, though Tatar saw just 12:17 of ice time Monday.
