Browns' Jedrick Wills: Fifth-year option picked up
The Browns exercised Wills' fifth-year team option for 2024 on Monday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Wills is entering his fourth season with Cleveland after the Browns selected him with the No. 10 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. The left tackle went down with a knee injury in early January, though the issue doesn't look to be anything that will endanger his availability for the start of the 2023 season. He'll take home a guaranteed salary of $14.18 million in 2024 after having his fifth-year option picked up.
