The Dolphins put in a claim on and were rewarded wide receiver Kevin Cone off waivers, the team announced on Tuesday. Cone was placed on waivers by the Browns on Monday.
To make room for Cone, Miami waived guard Dionte Savage. Cone has been in the league since 2011 and made one catch for 12 yards in that timeframe.
