2023 NFL free agency and trade tracker, live updates: Latest rumors, signings and moves throughout Week 2

We are about two weeks through NFL free agency with all the offseason moves and trades it brings, but there is still plenty to figure out. When will the Aaron Rodgers trade officially happen? Is Odell Beckham Jr. close to signing with a new club? And when will a potential suitor approach Lamar Jackson? We also have to keep an eye on DeAndre Hopkins, as the Arizona Cardinals wideout is expected to be traded sometime this offseason.

Maybe the big wave of signings has come and gone, but with the draft right around the corner, all 32 teams are continuing to explore the market to fill out rosters for the summer. There are still plenty of intriguing players out there looking for new deals.

As we continue to follow along on this Friday, here's a rundown of what you need to know:

We've got you covered during this free agent period. In our live blog below, you'll see every important rumor and signing that goes down over this stretch.

BIG NEWS COMING FIRST NIGHT OF THE NEW LEAGUE YEAR

Remember when PJ Walker had the throw of the year last season? Wild times. This ball went 70 yards in the air!

I have to say, I'm a bit surprised by this. While Walker starred in the XFL, I always thought he had a roster spot because of Matt Rhule's Temple connection. Now, however, he's found another opportunity.

Patriots add another offensive player. Did absolutely nothing with the Jets, but why was that? He was very good in Jacksonville. Interesting signing.

Hmmmm. Slay remaining an Eagle potentially?

Yep, I like it. It will be interesting to see how he performs compared to in Philly. Some believe he could be just as good/better, others believe it was an Eagles system thing. Personally, I like him.

With the Mattison extension, Vikings Twitter is pretty active.

Sanders money. Good stuff.

More money for the Chiefs

RB Alexander Mattison agrees to a two-year contract to remain with the Vikings, per NFL Media It's reportedly worth $7 million and can get to $8M with $6.35M in guarantees. I would venture to guess many thought he would be playing with another team in 2023.

Giants make Kenny Golladay release official. No June 1 designation on the release. Move saves $6.7 million on this year's cap, per NFL Media.

ESPN says Sanders' new deal with Carolina is for four years. Still waiting to see what the money will be.

As for Williams' new deal with the Saints, it's three years, $12 million with $8 million guaranteed, per multiple reports. That's a bargain...

Running backs flying off the board today. Former Eagles RB Miles Sanders is headed to the Carolina Panthers!

Wow this is big!

NFL Media reports that the 49ers are signing former Falcons cornerback Isaiah Oliver. 37 combined tackles, seven passes defensed and an interception last year. Just 26 years old.

The Bills are signing Kyle Allen to be their new backup quarterback after Case Keenum took his talents back to Houston. This report comes from NFL Media.

Andy Dalton's contract with the Panthers is worth $10 million over two years, has $8 million guaranteed and up to $7 million in incentives, per Pro Football Talk. Will be interesting to see the role he plays in Carolina -- who hold the No. 1 overall draft pick.

Former Chiefs S Juan Thornhill is going to the Browns on a three-year $21 million contract with $14 million fully guaranteed at signing over the first two years, per NFL Media. A free safety that should immediately improve Cleveland's secondary. Solid move.

The Browns have officially released safety John Johnson and defensive end Jadeveon Clowney -- two moves we knew were coming. Per NFL Media, Clowney would've had $41.165 million of future base salaries become fully guaranteed if he were still on the roster Friday.

Last year the Eagles had to release Cox to get him back. Not this year.

JuJu Smith-Schuster to New England. James Bradberry will get to see him as the Eagles play the Patriots in 2023.

"I'm debatably the best player in franchise history…I'm in the conversation for sure" -- Rodgers on his legacy with the Packers. Brett Favre and Bart Starr would like a word -- and that's just the QBs.

About reports of him demanding certain players be signed by Jets: ''Who wouldn't want Odell on their team?'' -- Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers is just ripping credible NFL reporters right now on this Jets stuff on his "demands."

"It's so ridiculous."

"If I haven't won back-to-back MVPs, this decision would have happened two years earlier." -- Rodgers
