2023 NFL free agency and trade tracker, live updates: Latest rumors, signings and moves throughout Week 2

We are about two weeks through NFL free agency with all the offseason moves and trades it brings, but there is still plenty to figure out. When will the Aaron Rodgers trade officially happen? Is Odell Beckham Jr. close to signing with a new club? And when will a potential suitor approach Lamar Jackson? We also have to keep an eye on DeAndre Hopkins, as the Arizona Cardinals wideout is expected to be traded sometime this offseason.

Maybe the big wave of signings has come and gone, but with the draft right around the corner, all 32 teams are continuing to explore the market to fill out rosters for the summer. There are still plenty of intriguing players out there looking for new deals.

As we continue to follow along on this Friday, here's a rundown of what you need to know:

We've got you covered during this free agent period. In our live blog below, you'll see every important rumor and signing that goes down over this stretch.

The Raiders are clearly interested in Bryce Young, meeting with the QB a month ahead of the 2023 NFL Draft. Not a surprise, but it's notable considering Las Vegas is paying Jimmy Garoppolo more than $24M per year under center. Garoppolo was always gonna be a placeholder, but in the event Young lands with the silver and black, you might have yourself a hot summer competition.

Word out of Detroit is OL Halapoulivaati Vaitai has taken a pay cut to stick with the Lions. Keeps an experienced big man along Motown's front. With Graham Glasgow's return in free agency, that's more good news for Lions fans. The offensive infrastructure is solid.

Solid veteran for DeMeco Ryans

Oh man. I was already getting excited penciling him in to Washington. Guess that visit didn't go so well. Walker back to Cleveland on another one-year deal.

The Commanders are still searching for a legitimate middle linebacker. That search is even more important with Cole Holcomb gone. Who could they chase? Bobby Wagner? Zach Cunningham?

According to ESPN, the Colts have not ruled out having discussions with Lamar Jackson, but the franchise has not taken any steps toward doing so. ESPN's sources reportedly expressed skepticism about it happening.

If you recall, when Jackson received the non-exclusive tag earlier this month, it was reported that same day that a handful of teams would not be pursuing Lamar. The Colts were NOT one of those teams. All remains quiet on the Lamar front, but the Colts are a team to at least keep an eye on.

Thumbs up for the Patriots' move to retain Jalen Mills. It's a reasonable number (up to $6M) for a guy who knows the system and has positional versatility. No, Mills isn't changing a defense by himself. But with Devin McCourty retired, you've now got an in-house fallback plan at safety, where Mills lined up during his last season with the Eagles.
