Mavericks' Olivier-Maxence Prosper: Takes advantage of spot start
Rotowire
Prosper delivered 10 points (3-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 10 rebounds and an assist across 33 minutes in Thursday's 107-102 preseason loss to the Jazz.
Prosper got the start in the frontcourt alongside Dereck Lively, and there's no question the second-year forward took advantage of the opportunity. As good as he looked alongside Lively, Prosper's path at regular minutes in the regular season is blocked. He shouldn't have any value in most fantasy formats, regardless of how good he looks during his preseason cameos.
Prosper is in the starting lineup for Thursday's preseason game against the Jazz, Grant Afseth of DallasHoopsJournal.com reports.
The Mavericks are tweaking their starting lineup for this contest by mixing things up down low. Prosper will start alongside Dereck Lively in the frontcourt, while Naji Marshall and Daniel Gafford operate off the bench.

Prosper has been ruled out ahead of every postseason game thus far, so his upgrade to questionable is noteworthy.
