  • Warriors' Jonathan Kuminga: Posts impressive scoring night

Kuminga produced 22 points (9-11 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two steals and one assist in 30 minutes during Wednesday's 127-125 win over the Mavericks. Kuminga stayed hot on the offensive end and has now dropped in 20-plus points in two of his last three matchups. He's shooting a stellar 66.7 percent from the field and 58.3 percent from deep over this brief stretch, and well that level of efficiency is a welcome sight, it's well above his season-long rates of 51.7 percent and 36.2 percent, respectively. With that in mind, some level of regression is likely headed Kuminga's way sooner rather than later, though he's at least played well enough to earn extra playing time for now.

Kuminga ended Monday's 121-108 victory over the Rockets with 17 points (7-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four assists, three rebounds and one block over 26 minutes. Kuminga was efficient from the field en route to his third straight game in double figures. During that stretch, the second-year forward is averaging 17.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.0 blocks in 27.3 minutes.

  • Warriors' Jonathan Kuminga: Excellent off bench Saturday

Kuminga logged 24 points (8-16 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 4-6 FT), eight rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal across 30 minutes during Saturday's 133-119 loss to Memphis. Kuminga returned to a reserve role with Draymond Green back from a one-game absence due to a suspension. While the Warriors struggled offensively as a whole in the contest, Kuminga looked great, posting a team-best 24 points and making four of seven three-point attempts. The scoring output tied a season-high mark, which he previously established Dec. 7 against Utah. In addition, Kuminga's eight boards were his most since mid-December.

  • Warriors' Jonathan Kuminga: Good to go at Memphis

Kuminga (ankle) is available for Saturday's game against the Grizzlies. As expected, Kuminga will play through some right ankle soreness and will presumably come off the bench with Draymond Green (suspension) back. Kuminga missed three games due to the ankle issue before returning for the Warriors' last two games, where he averaged 9.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists over 22.5 minutes. • Warriors' Jonathan Kuminga: Scores 10 in starting lineup

Kuminga closed with 10 points (5-12 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-2 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one block over 26 minutes during Friday's 127-119 loss to the Hawks. Kuminga moved into the starting lineup Friday with Draymond Green (suspension) sidelined for one game. Kuminga fared well in 12 previous starts with 12.1 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.3 assists, and the Warriors may need to get a lot of mileage out of him down the stretch with Andrew Wiggins' (personal) status up in the air.

  • Warriors' Jonathan Kuminga: Gets 19 minutes in return

Kuminga (ankle) posted eight points (4-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and two assists in 19 minutes in Wednesday's 134-126 loss to the Clippers. Kuminga had started in his most recent appearance March 7 before missing the Warriors' subsequent three contests with a right ankle sprain, but he was limited to a bench role in his return while head coach Steve Kerr rolled out a top-unit frontcourt of Draymond Green and Kevon Looney. Though Kuminga saw a modest minutes count and turned in a rather underwhelming stat line, he could be in store for a boost in both playing time and production in Friday's game in Atlanta. Draymond Green is expected to serve a suspension for that contest after he accrued his 16th technical foul of the season Wednesday, and the Warriors will likely rely on the likes of Kuminga, Looney, Patrick Baldwin and JaMychal Green to cover Green's vacated minutes.

Kuminga (ankle) will be available to play Wednesday versus the Clippers. Kuminga is back from a three-game absence and he's someone to consider grabbing with Andrew Wiggins (personal) and Andre Iguodala (wrist) out indefinitely. Over the past two weeks, Kuminga has been a top-40 producer behind averages of 16.0 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.5 triples, 2.0 steals, 0.8 blocks and 1.8 turnovers per contest on 56.5 percent shooting from the field and 85.7 percent at the stripe.

Kuminga (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Clippers, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports. He'll likely be a game-time call ahead of Wednesday's 10:00 p.m. ET tipoff, but if Kuminga is able to get back out there, JaMychal Green will likely lose some minutes.

Kuminga (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game versus the Suns, Madeline Kenney of The San Jose Mercury News reports. Kuminga has been ruled out for Thursday's matchup against the Grizzlies after rolling his ankle during pregame warmups, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports. Kuminga was probable ahead of Thursday's game despite right hip soreness, but he'll be unable to suit up due to the ankle injury he sustained while warming up. It's unclear whether the issue will force him to miss time beyond Thursday, but Kevon Looney (back) and Anthony Lamb are candidates to see increased run.

  • Warriors' Jonathan Kuminga: Sizable output in start

Kuminga accumulated 21 points (8-11 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three rebounds, two assists and two steals across 28 minutes during Tuesday's 137-128 loss to the Thunder. Kuminga's 21 points marked his second-highest scoring output of the season. His starting nod Tuesday came in place of Kevon Looney, who moved to the bench following some recent struggles. Given Kuminga's impressive showing, there's a chance he could maintain a starting lineup spot for at least one more contest. Kuminga has shot 60.7 percent from the field and 50.0 percent from deep over the last five games, so he's certainly earned his minutes of late.
