Stevens will start Tuesday's action at Atlanta, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Stevens moves into the starting five with Jarrett Allen (groin) sidelined. In 22 previous starts this season, Stevens has averaged 7.5 points and 4.4 rebounds in 25.2 minutes.... See More ... See Less

Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Headed to the bench
Stevens will return to the second unit for Tuesday's game in Brooklyn, Joe Gabriele of the Cavaliers' official site reports. This was the expected move with Jarrett Allen (eye) returning to the floor for Tuesday's game, and with Stevens again working with the reserves, he'll likely see his minutes reduced to the lower teens. He's not a great fantasy target with Cleveland's frontcourt healthy again.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Starting Sunday
Stevens will start Sunday's game against Charlotte, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Stevens hasn't started since Jan. 2 but will join the starting lineup Sunday with Jarrett Allen (eye) sidelined. Over 18 starts this year, Stevens has averaged 7.3 points and 4.5 rebounds in 25.8 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Mediocre again Friday
Stevens contributed eight points (4-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound and one steal in 15 minutes during Friday's 112-100 loss to the Thunder. Remember when Stevens was starting for the Cavaliers? It certainly seems like a bad dream at this point. Since shifting back to the bench, Stevens has been even less productive, if that's possible, scoring double-digits only once in his past 13 games. He has been outside the top 300 over the past month and can be ignored in just about every fantasy format.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Brings defensive stats in loss
Stevens ended Tuesday's 116-114 loss to the Jazz with 11 points (5-6 FG, 1-2 3Pt), three rebounds, three steals and two blocks across 25 minutes. Stevens hasn't been a consistent source of defensive stats or field-goal percentage this season, but he shined in both areas Tuesday. He came off the bench for the fourth game in a row, but he opened the second half with the Cavaliers' top unit after center Jarrett Allen (illness) was unable to return. If Allen ends up sitting out Thursday in Portland, Stevens should have a good chance at clearing the 20-minute mark again.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Retreats to bench
Stevens isn't starting Wednesday against the Suns, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Stevens started the last four games and averaged just 4.8 points and 3.0 rebounds in 20.8 minutes per matchup. He'll be replaced by Isaac Okoro in Cleveland's starting lineup Wednesday.... Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Will return to starting five Monday
Stevens will start Monday's contest against the Nets, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Stevens returned to action Friday following a three-game absence due to a knee issue and was held to just 15 minutes. However, after not suffering any setbacks, it appears the third-year forward will be full go Monday. Before his injury, Stevens had averaged 8.6 points and 5.1 rebounds over his previous 13 starts.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Returning in bench role
Stevens (knee) will play Friday versus the Raptors but will appear off the bench, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Stevens started 14 consecutive appearances for the Cavaliers, but he will rejoin the action Friday off the bench following a three-game absence. Isaac Okoro will receive another start, though that spot is hardly set in stone.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Slated to play Friday
Stevens (knee) is available for Friday's game against Toronto, Kelsey Russo of The Athletic reports. Stevens sat out the last three games due to a sore right knee but will be back in action against the Raptors. Over his last eight appearances, he's averaged 6.6 points and 5.9 rebounds in 26.3 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Questionable Friday
Stevens (knee) is questionable to play in Friday's game against the Raptors. Stevens has missed the last three games due to right knee soreness. However, being listed as questionable is a good sign for fantasy managers, as he had been deemed doubtful before being downgraded to out the last in two of those contests. Stevens will have extra time to recover for Monday's matchup with the Nets if he can't suit up Friday.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Out again
Stevens (knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday's matchup against the Bucks, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. As expected, Stevens will miss a third straight game due to a knee injury. In his absence, Isaac Okoro will remain in the starting lineup, while Cedi Osman and Caris LeVert garner increased roles off the bench.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Deemed doubtful
Stevens (knee) is listed as doubtful for Wednesday's matchup against the Bucks. Stevens will likely miss a third straight contest due to a knee injury. If Stevens remains out, Isaac Okoro is expected to draw another start, while Cedi Osman and Caris LeVert would also be candidates for increased roles again.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Out again
Stevens (knee) has been ruled out for Monday's matchup against the Jazz, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Stevens will miss a second straight game due to a knee injury. Isaac Okoro figures to draw another start in Stevens' absence, while Cedi Osman and Caris LeVert will be candidates for increased roles off the bench.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Out Saturday
Stevens (knee) will not play in Saturday's game against the Mavericks, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Stevens was previously listed as doubtful on the injury report prior to being ruled out due to knee soreness. His absence will push Isaac Okoro into the starting lineup, while Cedi Osman and Caris LeVert figure to see larger roles off the bench. Stevens' next chance to play will come Monday against Utah.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Records double-double Wednesday
Stevens ended Wednesday's 105-90 victory over the Mavericks with 18 points (8-15 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 11 rebounds and two assists in 38 minutes. Stevens was the only player in the contest to collect double-digit rebounds, and he also scored a season-high 18 points to register his first double-double of the campaign. This level of production is not usual for him, as he entered Wednesday averaging just 7.8 points and 4.6 boards over his previous 12 games despite logging a hefty 26.8 minutes per contest. With that in mind, it's probably best to take a wait-and-see approach rather than running out to snatch him off the fantasy waiver wire.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Scores 10 points in 31 minutes
Stevens ended Saturday's 110-102 victory over the Thunder with 10 points (4-9 FG, 2-5 3Pt), seven rebounds, three steals, one assist and one block in 31 minutes. Stevens continues to start for the Cavaliers, but his low-usage role on offense and lack of high-end contributions in any one category continues to suppress his fantasy value. While Saturday's stat line was arguably his best of the season, he'll still likely be little more than a deep-league consideration even if he continues to see around 30 minutes.... See More ... Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Makes return from illness
Stevens (illness) played 15 minutes and logged eight points (3-10 FG, 2-4 3Pt), two rebounds and one assist in Friday's 107-96 win over the Magic. Stevens reclaimed his spot in the starting five Friday after missing the previous four games while battling an illness. Though he received a light minutes count in his return, Stevens could be in store for more playing time if the shoulder injury that resulted in Dean Wade's early exit Friday causes him to miss the Cavaliers' next game Sunday against the Knicks.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Officially available Friday
Stevens (illness) is slated to return and will start in Friday's meeting with the Magic, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Stevens was previously listed as probable after missing the team's previous four contests and, as expected, will return to the starting lineup Friday. In six starts this season, Stevens has averaged 9.8 points and 3.7 rebounds in 28.6 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Shootaround participant
Stevens (illness) is taking part in shootaround ahead of Friday's game versus the Magic, Evan Dammarell of FearTheSword.com reports. Stevens is listed as probable for Friday's game due to illness. Stevens is also wearing a practice jersey that typically denotes starters, Danny Cunningham of 850 ESPN Cleveland reports. If the 25-year-old forward rejoins the starting five against the Magic, Dean Wade or Mamadi Diakite will likely return to the bench.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Lamar Stevens: Probable Friday
Stevens (illness) is probable for Friday's game against the Magic. After four missed games, Stevens is probable to return. It remains to be seen if he'll immediately take back his starting job. Either way, his presumed return will likely mean fewer minutes for Mamadi Diakite, Dean Wade and Caris LeVert.... See More ... See Less
