  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Close to double-double in loss

Olynyk produced 11 points (5-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt), eight rebounds, two assists and one steal in 22 minutes during Sunday's 118-103 loss to the Heat. Olynyk finished just two rebounds shy of a double-double in the season finale, and while his all-around ability was noticeable regardless of whether he was starting or coming off the bench, he only posted six double-doubles all season long. Olynyk ended the 2023-24 campaign on a strong scoring note, however, putting up double-digit points in 10 of his last 11 appearances.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Pulls down 11 rebounds Friday

Olynyk ended Friday's 125-103 loss to the Heat with eight points (3-7 FG, 2-2 FT), 11 rebounds and six assists in 25 minutes. Olynyk didn't have his best scoring performance Friday, but he pulled down double-digit rebounds for the first time since March 1. Olynyk heads into the regular-season finale at Miami with averages of 14.8 points, 6.7 rebounds and 6.4 assists per game over his last 10 appearances, but given Toronto has nothing to play for, it wouldn't be surprising if Olynyk doesn't see minutes.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Not on injury report

Olynyk (rest) isn't on the injury report for Friday's game against Miami. Olynyk sat out Wednesday against the Nets due to rest purposes, but he'll be back in action following his one-game absence. Over his last three appearances, he's averaged 18.3 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 34.0 minutes per game.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Won't play Wednesday

Olynyk has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Nets due to rest purposes, Eric Koreen of The Athletic reports. Olynyk averaged 18.3 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 34.0 minutes per game over his last three appearances, but he'll sit out the second half of a back-to-back set Wednesday. It wouldn't be surprising to see him return to action Friday against Miami, while Malik Williams and Jordan Nwora could see increased run against Brooklyn.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Posts terrific fantasy line

Olynyk recorded 21 points (8-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), nine rebounds, five assists, one block and three steals over 35 minutes during Sunday's 130-122 victory over the Wizards. Olynyk produced one of his best all-around games of the campaign. Toronto's decision to sign him to a two-year, $26.25 million contract extension could really pay off, as he appears to be an excellent fit in the Raptors' current offense. However, it remains to be seen what his role will be when Toronto is at full strength next season.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Set to return Friday

Olynyk (rest) is available for Friday's game against the Bucks, Aaron Rose of SI.com reports. Olynyk sat out Wednesday's game against Minnesota due to rest purposes, but he'll return to action following a minimal absence. He's posted double-doubles in two of his last five appearances, averaging 13.8 points, 8.4 assists and 5.8 rebounds in 29.6 minutes per game.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Sitting out Wednesday

Olynyk won't play in Wednesday's game versus the Timberwolves due to rest purposes. Olynyk will miss his first game since Feb. 9 during the second leg of Toronto's back-to-back Wednesday. In his absence, Mouhamadou Gueye and newly-acquired Malik Williams are candidates to receive increased playing time. Olynyk should be able to return for Friday's matchup in Milwaukee.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Teases triple-double against Knicks

Olynyk logged 13 points (5-9 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds and eight assists in 27 minutes during Wednesday's 145-101 loss to New York. The veteran center has dished 27 assists over the last three games as the Raptors run the offense through him in the absence of Immanuel Quickley (personal). Since moving into the starting lineup in early March to replace Jakob Poeltl (finger), Olynyk has averaged 13.7 points, 5.7 assists, 5.6 boards, 1.2 steals, 1.1 threes and 0.8 blocks over the last 12 contests, and Poeltl's chances of returning before the end of the regular season are shrinking with each Toronto loss.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Hands out nine assists Monday

Olynyk provided 10 points (4-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, nine assists, one block and one steal across 30 minutes during Monday's 96-88 loss to the Nets. Olynyk barely reached double-digit scoring figures in what was an abysmal offensive showing from the Raptors, but he made his presence felt as a playmaker from the low post, tallying nine assists. He's now racked up 24 assists over his last three appearances. Olynyk was promoted to a starting role in early March and is averaging 13.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.3 steals per game since then.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Decent stat line Sunday

Olynyk totaled 11 points (5-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt), four rebounds, three assists and one steal across 26 minutes during Sunday's 111-96 loss to Orlando. Olynyk was efficient from the field, and in what has become a trademark for him, he also found a way to stuff the stat sheet, leaving his mark on both ends of the court. Olynyk is averaging 11.8 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.5 steals and 0.7 blocks per game since joining the Raptors.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Fills stat sheet in loss

Olynyk posted 19 points (8-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, eight assists, two blocks and two steals over 31 minutes during Wednesday's 113-104 loss to the Pistons. Olynyk has now posted six-plus rebounds in three straight games while dishing eight or more dimes in two of his last three appearances. Since taking over as the starting center for Jakob Poeltl (finger), Olynyk is averaging 16.2 points on 57.7 percent shooting (including 42.9 percent from three on 4.2 attempts per game), 5.6 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 1.2 blocks and 1.6 steals over 29.6 minutes per game

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Drops 24 in Denver

Olynyk registered 24 points (9-13 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-5 FT), six rebounds and one assist in 29 minutes during Monday's 125-119 loss to the Nuggets. Making his fourth straight start in place of Jakob Poeltl (finger), Olynyk's 24 points represented his best performance with the Raptors, and it was his highest-scoring game since he struck for 27 points against the Pistons on Dec. 21 while still with the Jazz. During his four-game run in the starting five, the 32-year-old center is averaging 15.5 points, 5.5 boards, 4.5 assists, 1.8 threes, 1.5 steals and 1.0 blocks while shooting 53.7 percent from the floor and 41.2 percent (7-for-17) from long distance.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Fills box score vs. New Orleans

Olynyk amassed 15 points (4-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 6-7 FT), seven assists, six rebounds, two blocks and two steals in 28 minutes during Tuesday's 139-98 loss to the Pelicans. With Jakob Poeltl out indefinitely following surgery to repair a torn ligament in his left pinky finger, Olynyk slid into the starting lineup and did a little bit of everything in the blowout loss. He'll likely remain the starting center for as long as Poeltl is sidelined. Olynyk provides value as a playmaker and shooter, reflected in his career highs this season of 4.2 assists per game and 53.9 percent shooting from the field.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Starting against Pelicans

Olynyk will start Tuesday's game versus the Pelicans, Eric Koreen of The Athletic reports. Jakob Poeltl is sidelined with a finger issue, and he could miss additional time after undergoing surgery. Olynyk will be a popular pickup in fantasy formats as a result, as he offers upside in multiple categories as a playmaking center who can step out and make three-pointers.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Agrees to extension with Toronto

Olynyk agreed to a two-year, $26.25 million extension with the Raptors on Monday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. Following a trade out of Utah, the 32-year-old Canadian has -- perhaps unsurprisingly -- fit in well in Toronto, posting averages of 9.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.6 steals per game on 46.0 percent shooting over his first nine appearances as a Raptor. He'll remain with his hometown team for at least another two years, and with Jakob Poeltl (finger) going down, Olynyk will likely be in the starting lineup Tuesday.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Could land increased role

Olynyk logged 16 points (5-10 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 5-7 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists and three steals across 28 minutes during Friday's 120-105 loss to the Warriors. Olynyk racked up his first double-double as a member of the Raptors, playing 28 minutes in the loss. With Scottie Barnes likely to miss multiple weeks due to a fractured hand, Olynyk could be in line for a larger role. If he is available in your league, it makes sense to grab him given what he can do when afforded meaningful minutes.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Good to go Thursday

Olynyk (back) isn't on the injury report for Thursday's game versus the Nets. Olynyk is set to play Thursday despite suffering a lower back strain against Indiana before the All-Star break. Olynyk is averaging 9.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.7 assists in 16.7 minutes across his first three appearances with Toronto.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Out for remainder of game

Olynyk won't return to Wednesday's game versus the Pacers due to a lower back strain, Michael Grange of Sportsnet.ca reports. He will finish the contest with zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and two rebounds in seven minutes. After being acquired from Utah at the trade deadline, Olynyk had turned in a pair of solid outings off the bench in his first two appearances with Toronto, but he played just two quarters Wednesday before his night came to an early end. With Olynyk out for the rest of the contest, the Raptors could lean more heavily on starting center Jakob Poeltl in the second half. Olynyk will have extended time to heal up from the back injury, as Toronto won't play its next game until Feb. 22 versus the Nets.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Forms balanced platoon

Olynyk provided 17 points (6-10 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, two assists and three steals over 21 minutes during Monday's 122-99 loss to the Spurs. Olynyk and Jakob Poeltl (12 points, six rebounds, 20 minutes) formed a balanced split at center on Monday. Olynyk should not be counted on as a reliable source of steals, but he appears to be comfortable in the Raptors' offense and has been chipping in consistently on the glass this season.

  • Raptors' Kelly Olynyk: Unlikely to get run Friday

Olynyk (recently traded) is unlikely to see playing time during Friday's game against the Rockets, Doug Smith of the Toronto Star reports. Both Olynyk and Ochai Agbaji (recently traded) are available for Friday's matchup, but head coach Darko Rajakovic said during his pregame press conference that neither player is expected to play against Houston. Olynyk will have a chance to catch his breath and get acclimated to his new team following Thursday's trade, but because he won't have a chance to practice with his new team prior to Saturday's game versus Cleveland, he could remain out for the second leg of the back-to-back set.
