Jordan Spieth and Bubba Watson were two of the golfers who put on a show at No. 16 during Tuesday’s practice round, taking turns skipping balls over the pond and trying to land them on the green. 

Watson did it with his driver, while Spieth his a three-hopper that rolled onto and nearly off the green. 

But Spieth’s entertainment for the patrons on-hand Tuesday was already rolling at No. 12, when, according to ESPN’s Jason Sobel, he hit a great tee shot and cracked a joke about needing that last year, when he posted a quadruple bogey and tumbled down the leaderboard on Sunday afternoon. Spieth’s got good spirits, it seems, regarding his return to Amen Corner one year after one of the most shocking final-round slides in recent years. 

As for the skipping on No. 16, the closest to the pin on the day was apparently Mackenzie Hughes
