We posted the most popular team names on CBSSports.com leagues earlier Monday and, I've gotta be honest: I'm disappointed. It's just not the most creative list of names. We can do better.

Look, I'm not saying I always have the best Fantasy football team names ever. But too many of those team names just aren't very creative. On the Fantasy Football Today podcast, we have a long-running segment called "Team Name Tuesday," where listeners submit their favorite team name ideas. A lot of these are cringe-worthy, but that is sort of the point; the line between a terrible Fantasy team name and a fantastic one is usually pretty blurry.

I decided to mine the listener submissions for some alternative team names suggestions, with credit given where due. These run the gamut from the straightforward to the silly, and I've thrown in a few of my own suggestions too. I've even included some logo mockups for you to use.

And yes, Game of Thrones references will get their own separate category. Of course.

Leave your favorite team name in the comments, and we may add it to the list!

Game of Thrones

Okay, so I have to be honest: I don't watch this show. I'm aware of it, obviously, and I've seen a few episodes, too. But I don't know the mythology. I couldn't tell a Wight from a White Walker, and I couldn't pick Bran Stark out of a lineup if you gave me the sight of the three-eyed raven.

Still, I know what the internet likes, and the internet likes Game of Thrones. You guys appreciate songs of both ice and fire, and so that's the content you'll be getting.

Demaryius of the House Targaryen. First in His Game, The Burner, King of the Randalls, the McCoynar, and the First Downs, King of Kareem, Khal of the Great Grass Sea, Protector of the Ball, Sir Regnant of the Seven-on-Sevens, Mover of Chains, and Father of Broncos - Noah

Head safety is important when you're riding dragons around.

(That's a bit of a mouthful, huh? How about just: "Demaryius Stormborn Targaryen

You can still raise the flag of your house with this one.)

Austin Targaryen-Dragons - Aaron S.

If you're a stickler about having a team name match up to someone on your team, this one might be a stretch -- Austin Seferian-Jenkins is only owned in 3 percent of CBSSports.com leagues.

Night King Dunlap - Aaron S.

Winston is Coming - Kris F.

Not Theon, Tyreek - Michael P.

Music

There is a lot of potential for music-related team names, and we've got some very good ones.

Little Red Fournette - Brian R.

Baby, he's much too fast.

One Big Golladay - Brandon M.

Odell, Odell, Golladay Inn - Zack W.

There are a lot of Kenny Golladay team names coming in. This is my favorite. Let's hope he's good.

Fournette About Zay - John C.

Dakstreet Boys

Best of the rest

There's a lot more room for creativity here, and you don't have to limit yourself to pop culture references. Those are just my favorites.

Keenan and Kelce - Jonathan K.

Real 90's kids remember this.

Trubisky Business - Ryan S.

Say Watt Again, I Dare You - Dan K.

Do they speak English in Watt?

Inglorious Bradfords - Ryan C.

Maclin Oat Bran - Rod N.

Honey Funchess of Oats

An important part of a balanced breakfast, even if Jeremy Maclin and Devin Funchess may not be a key part of a balanced Fantasy team.
