Williams (hip) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game versus the Jazz. Williams is in danger of missing his second straight contest Wednesday due to a right hip strain. If the 23-year-old forward is forced to sit out yet again, Luguentz Dort will likely draw another start.... See More ... See Less

Thunder's Jalen Williams: Not playing Sunday
Williams (hip) is out for Sunday's game against the Nets, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports. The Thunder are playing in the second leg of a back-to-back set and then are off until Wednesday, so Williams will receive some much-needed rest due to his ongoing right hip injury. This means Aaron Wiggins could move into the starting lineup in his place, although losing Williams would be huge for the Thunder from a statistical perspective. He's averaging 20.6 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 1.8 steals per game this season.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Jalen Williams: Questionable for Sunday
Williams is questionable for Sunday's game against the Nets with a right hip strain. Williams was a late addition to the injury report, which is a big concern for fantasy managers. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (wrist) is also questionable, so the Thunder could be vert shorthanded. If Williams is unable to suit up, guys like Kenrich Williams, Jaylin Williams and Aaron Wiggins would likely need to soak up a ton of minutes.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Jalen Williams: Consistent despite shooting woes
Williams amassed 19 points (7-22 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 4-8 FT), five rebounds and six assists over 37 minutes during Friday's 106-98 loss to Dallas. Williams had a rough shooting performance and needed 22 shots to score 19 points, as he operated as the Thunder's go-to weapon on offense due to the late scratch of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (wrist). However, despite the lack of efficiency, Williams remains a remarkably consistent player for Oklahoma City, and the potential absence of Gilgeous-Alexander could translate to a fantasy uptick for Williams, at least on a short-term basis. He's scored at least 17 points in six games in a row, a span in which he's averaging 20.5 points, 5.5 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Jalen Williams: Stuffs stat sheet in win
Williams finished Tuesday's 118-102 victory over Philadelphia with 24 points (8-15 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 6-6 FT), six assists, four rebounds, three steals and one block over 34 minutes. Williams recorded his 23rd outing with 20-plus points, and he has been a fairly consistent scorer while reaching double figures in each of his 39 regular-season appearances. The 23-year-old also posted a team-high mark in steals, and he has racked up multiple steals in 22 games thus far. The third-year pro is on pace to average career highs in points (20.6), rebounds (5.7), assists (5.2), steals (1.8), blocks (0.7) and minutes (32.4).... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Jalen Williams: Fills stat sheet Friday
Williams chipped in 19 points (8-16 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four rebounds, five assists, two blocks and one steal over 33 minutes during Friday's 126-101 win over the Knicks. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Isaiah Joe carried the way for the Thunder in this comfortable 25-point win over the Knicks, but Williams made his presence felt by stuffing the stat sheet and displaying an efficient shooting touch. This was the fourth time over his last five outings in which Williams has recorded at least one tally in each of the five major categories, and he has scored at least 18 points four times in that span.... Thunder's Jalen Williams: Hands out nine assists
Williams registered 25 points (9-17 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 5-7 FT), five rebounds, nine assists, one block and three steals over 36 minutes during Wednesday's 129-122 loss to the Cavaliers. Williams finished just one assist away from a double-double despite not being known for his playmaking ability. He's recorded at least one tally in the five major categories in four of his last six outings, averaging 16.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, 6.3 assists, 2.2 steals and 0.7 blocks per game in that stretch.... Thunder's Jalen Williams: Another all-around effort Friday
Williams registered 20 points (8-17 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-5 FT), four rebounds, five assists, one block and two steals in 38 minutes during Friday's 117-107 win over the Knicks. This was the fourth straight game in which Williams recorded at least two tallies in four of the five major categories, and he continues to thrive as the Thunder's second-best offensive weapon behind Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. His all-around ability boosts his fantasy upside, and the numbers back him up as an above-average scorer as well. He's averaging 18.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.4 blocks per game over his last 10 contests.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Jalen Williams: Solid all-around output in win
Williams finished Thursday's 116-98 victory over the Clippers with 18 points (8-14 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, four assists, one block and two steals across 30 minutes. Williams made a solid two-way impact in Thursday's easy win, filling up the box score for the Thunder and hitting double digits in scoring for the 33rd consecutive game to open the season. Over his last seven games, the former first-rounder is averaging 19.4 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.3 three-pointers in 32.4 minutes. Williams is shooting just 26.5 percent from downtown across that span, but the 23-year-old's disruptive defense should continue to translate to plenty of defensive stoppers for fantasy managers as he works his way out of this shooting slump.... Thunder's Jalen Williams: Stuffs stat sheet again
Williams closed Tuesday's 113-105 victory over the Timberwolves with 14 points (6-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-4 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists and three steals across 38 minutes. There's no question that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is the driving force on offense for the Thunder, but Jalen Williams' contributions can't go overlooked. The forward, who could have a strong case to make the All-Star Game this season, has been racking up stats left and right in recent weeks. Over his last 10 games, he's averaging 19.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.2 steals per tilt.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Jalen Williams: Comes close to triple-double
Williams racked up 14 points (7-16 FG, 0-5 3Pt), 10 rebounds, eight assists, one block and two steals across 26 minutes during Sunday's 130-106 victory over the Grizzlies. Even though Shai Gilgeous-Alexander stole the show with his impressive 35-point performance, Williams made his presence felt as well and ended just two assists away from a double-double. Firmly entrenched as the Thunder's second-best option on offense, Williams does more than just put up points on the board, and his versatility is a huge plus for fantasy managers as well. He's averaging 20.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 1.1 steals per game since the beginning of December.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Jalen Williams: Reaches 20-point mark in rout
Williams ended Saturday's 106-94 win over the Hornets with 20 points (8-21 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three rebounds, six assists and one steal across 34 minutes. Williams posted his 20th game of the season with at least 20 points Saturday, also dishing out a team-high-tying six assists to help offset a subpar shooting night in the blowout win. Through 12 games this month, Williams is averaging 21.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 1.1 steals, 0.5 blocks and 1.7 three-pointers since the calendar turned to December. The 23-year-old former first-rounder has settled in as Oklahoma City's definitive No. 2 option on offense during his third season alongside superstar Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, and the versatile Williams' unique position eligibility alongside strong contributions in each area should help him continue to return early-round fantasy value moving ahead.... Thunder's Jalen Williams: Balanced performance despite loss
Williams registered 18 points (8-20 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, three assists, three blocks and two steals across 34 minutes during Tuesday's 97-81 loss to the Bucks. Williams cobbled together another strong two-way performance, albeit in a losing effort. The Bucks were far too good for the Thunder, a disappointing end to what had been a fantastic In-Season Tournament for the team from Oklahoma City. Despite the loss, the Thunder remain arguably the team to beat in the West, and Williams should continue to serve as a key piece on both ends of the floor.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Jalen Williams: Not listed on injury report
Williams (eye) is not listed on the injury report and will be available for Friday's game against the Lakers. Williams didn't play in the second half of Wednesday's win over the Warriors due to an apparent eye injury. However, his absence from the injury report suggests the star forward shouldn't have any limitations playing Friday. Williams is averaging 21.6 points, 6.4 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game this season.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Jalen Williams: Heads to locker room
Williams left Wednesday's game against the Warriors in the final minutes of the second quarter due to an apparent eye injury, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports. Williams wasn't on the court when the third quarter started, and it's uncertain if he'll return to the contest. Cason Wallace played in his place, and he could see an uptick in his usage rate if Williams doesn't return. Losing Williams, the second-best scorer on the Thunder's roster, would be a massive blow for OKC.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Jalen Williams: Fills stat sheet Monday
Williams chipped in 28 points (10-16 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 5-5 FT), four rebounds, five assists, one block and two steals over 32 minutes during Monday's 130-109 win over the Kings. Williams was very efficient in this win Monday and was able to chip in with at least two tallies in four of the five major categories. The move to power forward should ease things up for Williams on the defensive end, but he's versatile enough to continue producing on both ends of the court regardless of the position he plays. Williams has scored at least 20 points in seven of his last eight games while averaging 25.6 points, 6.4 rebounds and 5.5 assists per game in that span.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Jalen Williams: Drops 27 on Dallas
Williams racked up 27 points (11-17 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal in 35 minutes during Sunday's 121-119 loss to the Mavericks. The third-year forward continues to make an impact at the offensive end of the court. Williams has scored 20 or more points in seven of 10 games so far in November, averaging 22.3 points, 6.1 boards, 4.5 assists, 2.3 threes, 2.2 steals and 1.1 blocks on the month while shooting 55.7 percent from the floor and 46.9 percent (23-for-49) from long distance. With Chet Holmgren (hip) and Isaiah Hartenstein (hand) both currently sidelined, Williams has been pressed into duty as an undersized center, but he's been rising to the challenge on defense -- nine of his 14 blocks on the season have come in five contests since Holmgren was injured.... Thunder's Jalen Williams: Shines at center once again
Williams racked up 31 points (10-18 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 7-7 FT), six rebounds, seven assists, two blocks and four steals in 31 minutes during Wednesday's 106-88 victory over New Orleans. Williams was impressive playing at center for the second consecutive game, and while it's been only two outings, the experiment of a frontcourt with two 6-foot-5 players has been going well for the Thunder. Williams has been extremely productive in recent weeks, averaging 22.8 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 2.4 steals and 1.0 blocks per game since the beginning of November.... See More ... Thunder's Jalen Williams: Puts up 20 points Sunday
Williams produced 20 points (9-15 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, four assists, four blocks and one steal in 31 minutes during Sunday's 127-116 loss to Golden State. Williams was one of two Oklahoma City players who scored at least 20 points in this loss, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander being the other one. Expect Williams to embrace an even bigger role on offense in the coming weeks since Chet Holmgren (hip) is set to miss a couple of months.... See More ... See Less -
Thunder's Jalen Williams: Best game of season Wednesday
Williams finished Wednesday's 124-122 loss to the Nuggets with 29 points (11-20 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 10 rebounds, nine assists and three steals in 36 minutes. The Thunder came up short in a back-and-forth contest against the Nuggets, but Williams did everything he could to avoid that outcome. He posted season-high marks in points, rebounds and assists while also notching multiple steals for the sixth contest in a row. Williams has scored at least 20 points in three of his previous four appearances and is averaging a robust 22.3 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 3.0 steals per game since the beginning of November....
