The common theory is that it's nearly impossible to win the Heisman Trophy twice, but Louisville's Lamar Jackson is already testing it this season.

After taking the college football world by storm and winning the award last season, Jackson is off to the same kind of start this year. He went off once again during Louisville's 47-35 win over North Carolina on Saturday, and he did so in typical Jackson fashion.

Jackson finished the game with 393 yards passing, another 132 yards on the ground, and six total touchdowns (three passing, three rushing). He also had a season's worth of highlight plays.

There was the 43-yard touchdown run in which Lamar took off up the middle, squeezed through a hole so tiny I'm not even sure it was physically possible, and just took off.

There was another score in which he juked a couple North Carolina defenders out of their shoes, hit another with the spin move to dodge a tackle and stretched his arm out to get the score. It was glorious.

As for his touchdown passes, I have to go with this 75-yarder to Jaylen Smith. Yes, Smith was open, and Jackson just had to hit him, but this throw was just...

*kisses fingers*

So many quarterbacks who throw a pass in this situation come up short, allowing the defender to get back into coverage, but that throw was just a dime.

After today's performance, Jackson now has 771 passing yards, 239 rushing yards, and eight touchdowns through two games. That puts him on pace to finish the regular season with 4,626 passing yards, 1,434 rushing yards, and 48 total touchdowns.

Try keeping him off your Heisman ballot this year if he pulls that off.
