During the first half of a frustrating performance from his Tar Heels, UNC head coach Roy Williams decided to take out some of his anger on a nearby object. That object was a chair, which was slammed to the hardwood in frustration.

And whad'ya know, guess who else has some experience punching chairs? The Oklahoma City Thunder's Enes Kanter. In fact, Kanter punched a chair so hard earlier this week that he broke his forearm. So let's just say he's a sitting veteran.

Kanter, who is reportedly out 6-8 weeks after the incident, empathized with Williams on twitter after the incident. He has experience, so he can totally relate to the chair hate -- especially since his chair put him on the bench for the foreseeable future.

Kanter's fit of frustration came during the second quarter in what turned out to be a win for the Thunder. But Williams' rage didn't produce the same outcome. North Carolina fell to Miami, 77-62, as the Hurricanes controlled the game from early on. The loss, which snaps the Tar Heels' seven-game winning streak, dropped North Carolina to 7-2 in ACC play.
