Cardinals sign Solomon Patton to practice squad, waive Jalen Sauders

The Cardinals signed wide receiver Solomon Patton to the practice squad Saturday, waiving wide receiver Jalen Saunders in a corresponding move. Patton served as the Buccaneers' primary return man over the team's first six games.
