The Browns are much healthier than they were last year at this time. That bodes well considering coach Pat Shurmur finally has an opportunity to install his system. He had no such chance before training camp in 2011. He needs everyone in place to maximize that effort.
Who's here: DT Ahtyba Rubin and TE Evan Moore have returned for the first time in camp. The addition of Rubin will give the offense a chance to compete against the top run defender in practice. Moore has arguably regressed to the fourth-string after a disappointing 2011, so he has some catching up to do.
Who's out: DE Frostee Rucker missed his second straight day and WR Carlton Mitchell remains sidelined. Neither injury is considered serious, but Mitchell might lose his chance to make the team. The additions of rookies Josh Gordon and Travis Benjamin could spell the end of Mitchell in a Browns uniform.
