Nwora finished with 13 points (6-14 FG, 1-6 3Pt), six rebounds, six assists and one block in 30 minutes during Friday's 121-117 win over the Thunder. Nwora continues to be a pleasant surprise for the Pacers, and he tied his season-high six assists in Friday's upset victory. He should continue to have a significant role with four games left in the Pacers' season. He's reached double figures in each of the past four games, averaging 19.3 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists during this stretch.... See More ... See Less

Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Flirts with double-double in start
Nwora racked up 13 points (5-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds and one assist in 31 minutes during Monday's 127-104 loss to the Mavericks. With Buddy Hield (illness) out, Nwora entered the starting lineup after coming off the bench during the previous four contests. Nwora finished as one of four starters with a double-digit point total, falling one board shy of a double-double. Nwora has posted at least 10 points and five rebounds on 10 occasions this season, including in his last two contests.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Starting Monday
Nwora is starting Monday against the Mavericks, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports. Nwora came off the bench in his last four appearances and averaged 13.5 points and 4.0 rebounds in 22.8 minutes per game. However, he dropped 33 points during Saturday's loss to Atlanta and will serve as a starter Monday since Buddy Hield (illness) is unavailable.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Explodes for 33 points in loss
Nwora amassed 33 points (12-17 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 5-5 FT), six rebounds, one assist and one block across 34 minutes during Saturday's 143-130 loss to the Hawks. Nwora tallied 25 of his team-high 33 points in the second quarter, setting a franchise record for points in a quarter during the regular season. A known sharpshooter, Nwora was on another level here, rewarding anyone who took a chance on him. Based on what we have seen over the past week or so, Nwora should be viewed as a points streamer given the fluctuation in his playing time.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Back to bench
Nwora isn't starting Monday's game against the Hornets. Nwora had drawn back-to-back starts with numerous players sidelined, but he'll return to a reserve role in favor of Bennedict Mathurin, who's returning from a four-game absence due to an ankle injury. Either way, with Tyrese Haliburton (knee) and Chris Duarte (ankle) still out, Nwora should still see a solid role off the bench, as he's scored in double figures in 10 straight contests (four starts) and is averaging 14.4 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 0.9 steals in 25.0 minutes during that stretch.... Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Another double-digit performance
Nwora ended Thursday's 139-123 victory over Milwaukee with 12 points (5-11 FG, 2-3 3Pt), eight rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal over 33 minutes. With Tyrese Haliburton (knee), Bennedict Mathurin (ankle) and Chris Duarte (ankle) all sidelined, Nwora drew his third start as a Pacer against his former team. The third-year pro made the most of his opportunity by scoring in double figures for a ninth straight game, tying his season high with eight boards and recording at least one steal and one block in the same game for the fifth time this campaign. Over his last nine appearances, Nwora is averaging 14.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.0 steals in 24.6 minutes with 54/42/61 shooting splits.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Starting Thursday
Nwora will enter the first unit for Thursday's game against the Bucks. Nwora will slide into the starting lineup in his first game against his former team. The 24-year-old is fresh off of his best game with the Pacers, logging 20 points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals over 31 minutes. With Tyrese Haliburton (knee), Bennedict Mathurin (ankle) and Chris Duarte (ankle) all sidelined, Nwora should once again see a hefty workload.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Leading scorer against Detroit
Nwora accumulated 20 points (7-12 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 3-5 FT), four rebounds, three assists and two steals across 31 minutes off the bench during Monday's 117-97 loss to the Pistons. With Tyrese Haliburton (knee), Bennedict Mathurin (ankle), Myles Turner (back) and others all sidelined for the Pacers, Nwora wound up leading the club in scoring while coming off the bench. The 24-year-old has delivered double-digit points in eight straight games, averaging 14.9 points, 4.0 boards, 2.4 assists, 1.9 threes and 1.0 steals in 23.5 minutes a night, and he figures to retain elevated usage as long as Indiana is shorthanded.... Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Excels in bench role
Nwora posted 18 points (7-12 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals in 23 minutes during Thursday's 134-125 overtime victory over the Rockets. Nwora moved back to the bench Thursday after starting in the previous two games but actually played more minutes. He tied his second-highest point total of the season and extended his double-digit scoring streak to six games. Nwora's fantasy intrigue has grown considerably since his move to Indiana.... Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Scores double figures again
Nwora totaled 16 points (7-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt), two rebounds and one assist in 20 minutes during Monday's 147-143 loss to the 76ers. With Aaron Nesmith (hip) out, Nwora has started the last two games. The trade-deadline acquisition has found a role with the Pacers, having played at least 20 minutes and topping double-digit points in five straight games. Indiana has provided a fantasy friendly environment recently, ranking sixth in offensive rating since the All-Star break. However, Nwora has not produced in other categories, limiting his fantasy appeal.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Contributes in first Indiana start
Nwora finished with 10 points (3-7 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-5 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal in 22 minutes during Sunday's 125-122 win over Chicago. After coming off the bench for his first six games as a Pacer, Nwora got the start at power forward Sunday with Aaron Nesmith (hip) sidelined and scored in double digits for the fourth straight game. The 24-year-old is averaging a tidy 13.5 points, 4.8 boards, 3.3 assists and 1.5 threes over that four-game stretch, giving him some strong DFS appeal until his salary catches up to his current production.... Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Gets first start with new team
Nwora will start Sunday's game against the Bulls. With Aaron Nesmith (hip) out, Nwora will get his first start as a Pacer. After a slow start to his Indiana tenure, Nowra has scored in double figures in three straight games and is averaging 14.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 25.3 minutes during that stretch.... Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Scores 18 points with full line
Nwora had 18 points (8-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-3 FT), eight rebounds, six assists and one steal over 21 minutes during Saturday's 121-108 win over Orlando. Nwora made the most of his 21 minutes, putting up his highest-scoring game since mid-November while adding a season high in both rebounds and assists. Before managers get too excited, it should be noted that this is the first time he has scored double digits in over a month. While it does appear as though he is going to have a nightly role for his new team, we would need to see consistent production before adding him in 12-team leagues.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Off injury report
Nwora isn't listed on the Pacers' injury report and should be available for Monday's game against the Jazz. After being acquired from the Bucks on Thursday, Nwora proceeded to miss the Pacers' back-to-back set Friday and Saturday versus the Suns and Wizards, respectively. Now that he's had more time to get acclimated to his new organization, Nwora should dress Monday, but it's unclear if he'll immediately claim a spot in head coach Rick Carlisle's rotation as a backup forward.... Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Won't play this weekend
Nwora (trade pending) will remain out for Saturday's game versus Washington, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports. Nwora will sit out Friday against the Suns as well as the back half of the back-to-back set, but the 24-year-old forward should be ready to make his Indiana debut Monday against the Jazz. He'll be vying for a spot in head coach Rick Carlisle's rotation behind starting forwards Buddy Hield and Aaron Nesmith.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Ruled out Friday
Nwora (recently traded) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Suns. Nwora was traded from the Bucks to the Pacers on Friday, but he'll be unable to make his team debut in the first half of a back-to-back set. Whether he'll be available Saturday against Washington remains to be seen.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Dealt to Pacers
The Bucks traded Nwora, Serge Ibaka , George Hill and two second-round picks to the Pacers on Thursday as part of a three-team trade that included Milwaukee sending three second-round picks to Brooklyn and receiving Jae Crowder in return, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. Nwora hadn't been included in Milwaukee's rotation of late, failing to see the floor in any of the team's last three games. The 24-year-old will likely have a clearer path to playing time with the 25-31 Pacers, who may be more incentivized to take a look at Nwora in a depth role at forward. During his three-year NBA career, Nwora has shot 37.6 percent from three-point range and has averaged 6.8 points in 15.8 minutes per contest. Nwora's first opportunity to suit up for his new club arrives Friday against the Suns.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jordan Nwora: Perfect from deep to lead bench
Nwora totaled 14 points (4-9 FG, 4-4 3Pt, 2-3 FT), six rebounds and two assists over 23 minutes during Monday's 132-119 victory over the Pacers. Nwora led all Bucks bench players in scoring while shooting a perfectly from distance in the win. He's now surpassed the double-digit scoring mark in two straight games and may have earned himself a regular spot in head coach Mike Budenholzer's rotation in light of his recent success.... Bucks' Jordan Nwora: Rare outburst of scoring
Nwora supplied 16 points (6-12 FG, 4-8 3Pt), five rebounds and one assist across 27 minutes during Thursday's 108-102 loss to the Heat. Nwora added a nice boost for a depleted Milwaukee team off the bench by posting his best scoring night since Dec. 3 (17 points). However, he should fall back into a limited role once Grayson Allen (ankle), Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) and Joe Ingles (knee) return to play, which could happen over the weekend.... See More ... Bucks' Jordan Nwora: Logs 12 minutes in thumping loss
Nwora logged three points (1-2 FG, 1-1 3Pt), six rebounds, one assist and one block over 12 minutes during Friday's 138-109 loss to the Hornets. Nwora saw a few extra minutes in the loss, delivering what can only be described as a garbage time special. The Bucks were blown off the court by the Hornets, allowing the second unit to play meaningful minutes down the stretch. Despite a proven ability to score the rock, Nwora is not a regular part of the rotation, meaning he can be ignored in most fantasy leagues.... See More ... See Less
