Potter racked up 20 points (8-22 FG, 4-17 3Pt), 12 rebounds, two assists and one steal across 33 minutes during Saturday's 115-101 loss to the Rockets. With numerous Jazz players sidelined, Potter was gifted much more offensive freedom, but he struggled to get shots to fall. Despite his struggles from the floor, he still tied for a team high in points while posting a game-high 12 rebounds. The 25-year-old figures to spend most of his time with Utah's G League affiliate next season.... See More ... See Less

The Jazz will play the Lakers in the final game of the season Sunday, and based on what we saw here, Potter could once again be in for an uptick in playing time. With that said, all 30 teams will be in action, meaning there will be an abundance of streaming value to be found.... See More ... See Less -

Jazz's Micah Potter: Headed back to G League
The Jazz transferred Potter to the Salt Lake City Stars of the G League on Wednesday, Ben Anderson of KSL News Salt Lake City reports. Potter hasn't played for Utah in the NBA since Dec. 20. The two-way big man should receive extended opportunities in the G League.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Micah Potter: Back with NBA club
Potter has been elevated from the G League's Salt Lake City Stars and will be available for Tuesday's matchup against the Mavericks. Jazz's Micah Potter: Produces double-double in G League
Potter (elbow) played 36 minutes and scored 17 points (7-16 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT) to go with 14 rebounds, six assists and one steal Saturday in the G League Salt Lake City Stars' 119-112 win over the Santa Cruz Warriors. One of Utah's two two-way players, Potter made his first appearance for either the G League or NBA squad since Jan. 21 after a month-long recovery from surgery to address loose bodies in his right elbow. As his huge minutes total suggests, Potter didn't seem to be limited from a conditioning standpoint. The second-year center is expected to see most of his opportunities in the G League moving forward now that he's healthy again.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Micah Potter: Requires elbow surgery
Potter will undergo surgery to remove loose bodies from his right elbow and will be re-evaluated in 4-to-6 weeks, Eric Walden of The Salt Lake Tribune reports. Potter has spent the last few weeks in the G League but will miss significant time after sustaining a right elbow injury. It's possible he's able to return prior to the end of the G League season, but a better idea of his status should come into focus once he's re-evaluated. He averaged 14.3 points and 11.3 rebounds in 31.5 minutes per game for the Stars during the regular season prior to suffering the injury.... See More ... See Less -

Potter will be available Tuesday for the Jazz's game against the Cavaliers after being called up from the G League's Salt Lake City Stars, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports. Potter is unlikely to factor into head coach Will Hardy's rotation Tuesday, but he'll provide the Jazz with some depth in the frontcourt while Utah is without two other big men in Kelly Olynyk (ankle) and Udoka Azubuike (COVID-19 health and safety protocols).... Jazz's Micah Potter: Makes rare appearance for NBA team
Potter played three minutes and recorded one assist and no other statistics in Tuesday's 126-111 win over the Pistons. With Kelly Olynyk (ankle) inactive for both ends of the Jazz's back-to-back set to begin the week, Utah recalled Potter from the G League's Salt Lake City Stars to provide added depth in the frontcourt. Though Potter's number wasn't called in Monday's 23-point loss to the Cavaliers, he got some garbage-time run Tuesday when the Jazz were on the right side of a blowout. Look for Potter to rejoin the Stars in the near future if Olynyk's injury doesn't prove to be a long-term concern.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Micah Potter: Not with team
