Thunder send forwards Grant Jerrett, Mitch McGary to D-League

The Thunder have sent both Grant Jerrett and Mitch McGary down to their NBA D-League affiliate the Oklahoma City Blue. 

Jerrett appeared in just one game this season while McGary has yet to touch the floor.
