Pistons forwards Caron Butler (back) and Cartier Martin (ankle) will not play in Wednesday's game against the Spurs, Pistons.com reports.
Butler will be missing his second game in as many nights due to back spasms. Martin has played just once in Detroit's last nine games and is nursing a right ankle injury.
The Pistons are 6 1/2-point underdogs at home against the Spurs Wednesday.
