The Hawks signed forward Cartier Martin to a non-fully guaranteed contract on Tuesday, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Martin was limited to only 41 games last year for the Wizards because of a left knee injury, averaging 6.6 points and 2.4 rebounds in 16.9 minutes.
