Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy6H agoAndrew Vaughn, coming to the Brewers in the Aaron Civale trade, is a 1B and DH who hits right-handed and has 77 homers in 4 1/2 seasons in the big leagues — but is slashing .189/.218/.314 in 48 games for the White Sox this season. He also has played the outfield.

Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy19H agoIt was one of those nights at the ballpark we'll remember years from now. Jacob Misiorowski put a 102 on the scoreboard took a no-hitter into the sixth before giving everyone a scare, and the Brewers pulled away for a 6-0 win over the Cardinals.

Todd Rosiak@Todd_Rosiak19H agoThis Jacob Misiorowski kid just might be OK. Brewers shut out the Cardinals, 6-0, and the rookie picks up the victory in his MLB debut after firing 14 pitches 100 mph-plus. Aaron Ashby picks up the three-inning save, and Milwaukee its sixth shutout of the season.

Todd Rosiak@Todd_Rosiak20H agoAs a former basketball player, watching Jacob Misiorowski roll his right ankle on the mound on pitch 81 was painful. He seems fine, but with a 6-0 lead the Brewers aren't going to push their luck and he's pulled to a standing O.
